My husband and I have been coming to this theater monthly for the past few years. We love going to the movies and they do such a great job here - the theater is clean, the staff is efficient and friendly and the selection of movies is spot on. Grateful we have this place so close by and there are some great restaurants nearby to do a meal beforehand. Overall great experience and helpful that they have the nice reclining chairs and options for 3D! Definitely check this place out.

Great movie experience! We organized a group to go see a movie Tuesday night and we had a good time. Fast lines, organized concessions, large comfy seats!

Ahhh, movies. A favourite pastime of many folks, including myself. I first visited in March 2023 or some time before that. I don't remember what I watched then but let me tell you about my recent visits. Here are the visits I do remember: - 2 August 2023: BARBIE movie (outstanding and delightful // broke all the awards and records) - 22 October 2024: VENOM: THE LAST DANCE movie, special invite-only screening (excellent, action-packed, and funny // MARVEL does it best) 3 January 2025 (today): WICKED movie (amazing, enchanting, fun, and thrilling // I can't wait to watch Part 2) Tonight, the first Friday in January 2025, I saw the movie WICKED with 4 friends. One friend booked our tickets in advance online. We all had a blast and everyone should go see the movie. The RECLINING SEATS are a game changer because you can stretch your legs and back. For a tall woman like me, this is an added bonus when coming to Cinemark at Valley View. My friends bought popcorn, one got pizza, and one got chicken fingers or something to that effect. PARKING + FOOD -- This theatre is big including the parking lot. The concession stand is expensive just like all other theaters. I never buy anything so I can't comment on the food. I have definitely gotten popcorn before and maybe some hot food too such as either chicken fingers or pizza but nowadays, I don't buy anything. The hot foods that I've gotten in the past have tasted fine. I normally have a little snack in my bag plus a water bottle but don't tell anyone, haha. I definitely will be back to visit again. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful; although, I've never had any pressing questions. I normally like to stay on my side of town when I go out to a movie but tonight, 3 January 2025, I came here since my friend's sister lives in Willoughby so this movie theatre is closer to where she lives. TIP: Book your tickets online so that you can pick the seats that you want before all seats get filled. You don't want to end up sitting too close to the front. TIP 2: There are always police officers inside for safety reasons **** GOAL of 365 reviews in 2025 - 26/365 total reviews in 2025 - 807 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 3 January 2025

This Cinema has been in Valley View for sometime and this is my first time visiting. It is easy to find with plenty of parking. The concession area is large with many food and drink options. Like most cinemas now they also offer alcoholic options. We purchased tickets ahead of time and were pleased with our seats. The seats were comfortable and the theater was a good size. We had a little trouble locating our row not realizing the row letter was on the ground. The numbers kind of faded into the carpet. This is the only real sign of wear I noticed. We saw our movie in XD. It was worth the extra. The picture was amazing and the sound was great.

Friendly staff. Easy ordering process online. We went to the first showing today, and our theatre was clean. The employees helped people find correct theatres and restrooms. I loved the reclining seats and was glad I brought a thin travel blanket. We really enjoyed Sound of Hope. Great movie. Great message.

Row letter is in the carpet.

Busy theater. Has stadium seating that reclines. Lots of concessions are available. Large bathrooms and lots of parking. We purchased our tickets on the Fandango website. If you "lose" your tickets they can be found using your credit card at the ticket window. So don't panic!

Theater 18 seat E8 so dirty and wouldn't recline back. So scared to sit .bugs are lurking near with this filth smh

have to pay for infant in car seat. will bring money elsewhere. I believe a "car seat " child should not be $11 extra.

Do the arm rests fold up at this theater?

They do not at this one. There are cup holders at the end of each one.

It kept opening while we were in the shower so we had to shove a rag in the way of the roller up top to stop it from rolling open. 2. There was hair and dirt in the shower from a previous occupant. 3. The walls around the window were not done properly and were rough and paint was peeling. 4. This is a customer service complaint. My dad had called to pay for the hotel over the phone and one of the workers were rolling their eyes and mouthing "oh my god" to the other workers. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. Couldn't catch her name because they don't wear name tags. Also there was a black lady up front as well who did not seem to enjoy her job whatsoever. They failed to give me my breakfast vouchers at check in so I had to get one the next day and breakfast closed at 11 so we were forced to take our food to go. The breakfast was decent but not great. Good things were one of the workers with blonde hair. She was very sweet and very helpful. Looked like she actually enjoyed her job. Before I came I was attempting to reach out to the hotel for about 2 weeks and was never responded to. But anyways. Decent hotel. Would I stay here again? Honestly probably yes.

Hallway like gym socks and bathroom in our room had a terrible sewer smell coming from the drain. Speaking of, the drain in the sink backed up immediately, taking forever to clear. The AC unit looked like it had been through a war and barely kept up with the weather in the 80's so definitely wouldn't want to be here when it gets hotter. We made sure to keep the blinds drawn to help keep the sun's heat out. Never got the room below 72. Rest of the room had some serious dings to the walls and other odd hack-job repairs. The only saving graces were the bed was fairly comfortable, the shower was clean and ran well without backing up, and you have easy access to the freeway. Staff was indifferent about us staying there, borderline cold.

There is also an outside courtyard with chairs and tables. The bathroom is clean and immaculate and reminds me of a fancy hotel bathroom. There is also a kitchen for catering food. The space was well air conditioned inside and I felt comfortable during my whole visit. According to an article on Cleveland.com website, "The 10,000 square-foot building has a long history; it was originally a furniture showroom in the early 1900s, and it later became a banquet space and cultural center for Gordon Square's Vietnamese community. Holland and fellow business partners Kyle Lawrence, John Lawrence and K.C. I recommend Gordon Green for parties, conferences, mini-retreats, and just any general event. **** - 46/100 total reviews in 2021 - 466 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 24 August 2021
