Great place to see a movie! Comfy seats! Staff is very nice and helpful. I wanted to exchange tickets I pre-purchased for a different time and the ticket sales person was easily able to do that for me. Concession area was clean and there was plenty of staff to assist patrons. The theater the movie was showing in was also clean. Sound was excellent! Movie screen was perfectly sized for the theater we were in. Restrooms were very clean too.

First time here and everything was good. Signs he at the mall is confusing so we parked a lot further away then we should have. Lots of seating. Lots of snacks including food and a bar.

I LOVE this theater and location! It is clean, the popcorn is good and the seats not only recline but are super soft! The ticket and concessions prices are very reasonable. The only thing I could ask for them to add is possible alcohol sales, then it would be the perfect oasis after a stressful week. Highly recommend!

Wow I'm surprised how comfortable the chairs are how friendly the staff is and all. This is my first visit to the cinamark theater really know how to show the atmosphere of comfortable seats I would recommend this theater over regal cinemas Cheaper prices on tickets and concessions I will be back for sure. You rock.

14 beautiful screens in digital 3D!!!

Love the new premium seating now! Even if the theater is packed you still feel comfortable. Remember, early showing popcorn is THE WORST!

This is a nice movie theatre. I've never had any problems here. The restrooms were clean, and so was the theatre as far as I could tell.

I mistakenly purchased a ticket for the wrong theater and only realized the error upon arriving at my intended location. When I asked the staff there for assistance, they told me I would need to drive 30 minutes to the other theater in order to resolve the issue--despite the fact that I was standing in an AMC location and had simply booked the wrong one. I asked if they could call the other theater or help process a refund, and they outright refused. I then attempted to contact the correct theater myself, but by the time I got through, the movie had already started and the online portal no longer allowed refund requests. When I finally reached a manager, I was told there was nothing he could do unless I physically drove to that location and might be eligible for a comp pass. When I asked if the passes could be mailed to me instead, I was told that wasn't possible and that the general manager--who wasn't available--would have to make that decision. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, inflexible, and frankly unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected reasonable support for what was an honest mistake, not to be met with roadblocks and indifference at every turn. I am requesting a full refund for the unused ticket and a formal acknowledgment that this situation was mishandled. I should not be forced to jump through hoops or drive long distances to resolve something that could have easily been addressed on-site or over the phone.

There are some really bad oversights that just make for a bad experience. You go to the the theater (and pay a lot of money to do so) for the experience and that oversight really took away from that. This was the second time they forgot to dim the lights when the movie started. The first time, they finally shut them off about 20 minutes in. This last time, we watched the entire movie with the lights on in a tiny theater with the seats all mislabeled (they had some digital system that confused everyone who came in the theater). During the previews, only the audio was playing. I asked someone to turn the lights off twice during the movie but it never happened. At the concessions, they were out of popcorn butter and two popular drink options at 7pm on a Saturday night. I could let these things slide normally but given the movie experience I think it just adds up to a theater that doesn't have its crap together anymore and isn't worth the money. It's sad because 'd rather support a local, independent theater but I can't throw my money away the one of the few nights I can get out and enjoy a movie w my family.

Second, get crazy - wear some lederhosen or a drindl. Buy a hat or a flower headband. Buy a fun Oktoberfest tshirt to wear. Get in the spirit! Third, if you love beer, try it all! There's also wine and spirits around the festival for purchase, but beer is really what everyone drinks. Not only are there Oktoberfest beers, such as Paulaner and Hacker Pschorr, but many local craft beers. Fourth, go early and have a Bahama Mama from Schmidt's in Columbus for lunch. If you're still hungry, have a giant cream puff or strudel for dessert. Fifth, watch the Weiner races, enjoy some traditional dancers, walk through the vendors area of crafts and German imports, watch a sand sculpture being made right in front of your eyes, get a picture taken with Krampus and crew, watch the Strongman competition. Sixth, go to the Glockenspiel as many times as you can and dance & sing your heart out! Seventh, grab some Authentic German grub for dinner and park yourself in a bier tent to watch some great entertainment. I highly suggest a plate from Das Schnitzel Haus, some pierogi's from the Pierogi Lady, sauerkraut balls from Hey Hey or a pretzel-wrapped bratwurst. Eighth, make sure you're still drinking beer and take some sips of water in between - you'll appreciate that in the morning. Ninth, grab a partner and get on the dance floor for the chicken dance and some polka! It doesn't matter if you don't know how to polka, you'll pick it quickly or someone will teach you. The Chardon Polka Band, Alex Meixner and Klabetheads are all my favorites! Tenth, take lots of pictures to memorialize this great event! And lastly, get an Uber or have a designated driver to take you home!

With regards to bedtime, I decided to get there right as they opened at 7pm. My son was extremely excited to go in a real real haunted house, as in the past he's only done more kid-friendly ones. Neither of us were disappointed! Both of us are kind of "laughers," rather than "screamers," but I found that I was creeped out or startled to the point of jumping several times! We went through the saloon first. I was pleased with how long it was, and also glad that I got there early, so we weren't stuck with a huge group of people, as often happens at haunted houses, I've found. Now, I'm more of the type of person who appreciates really "creepy" scenes, rather than those that are loaded with a huge amount of blood and guts. So for me, this was great! I loved walking through various rooms in the saloon, and taking in the decor. Don't get me wrong, there were plenty of actors to jump out and scare you, along with features like puffs of air in your face as you walked by certain areas, which I thought was fun. There was also a cool animatronic feature that scared my son so much that he literally took off running out of one of the rooms! There is a section at the end that, if I were claustrophobic, I think might have put me over the edge, so be warned! My son was a champ throughout, though. I'd say it was successful, since at the end, he said, "I never want to go through that again!" The "Extreme Nightmares" was on par with the first house, just with a different theme. I enjoyed the actor that "welcomes" you into the house with his live rat and snake. I enjoyed petting the rat and the snake, although the snake was a little creepy, since I'm not much of a fan. That is the point, after all, though, right? To be scared or creeped out? Again, I jumped several times, and was again glad I got there early so that I could enjoy the scenes without a bunch of other people breathing down my back. Again, there were lots of actors, and I appreciated that in some cases, rather than just jumping out to scare you, they interacted with you. The 3D house isn't quite as scary as the other two, in my opinion, unless you aren't a fan of clowns. The 3D glasses and paint really were a neat effect, and more fun to look at (like a fun house) than scary. Still totally worth it, and I think it's good for something different. This was my son's favorite of the three houses, probably because it wasn't as traditionally scary. He was weird about wanting to wear the 3D glasses in the beginning, so he didn't want to grab a pair. A little ways in, though, I gave him mine, and I loved hearing his repeated "Whoas!" and "That's cools!" as he looked at the 3D effects. Perhaps surprisingly, the hayride did not disappoint either. After walking through the 3 houses, it was a nice break, and it felt good to just sit down and enjoy the ride. My favorite features of the hayride were a fire feature that you encounter during the ride, as well as the barn at the end, with a really creepy animatronic dragon that comes out and kind of "dances" over the hay wagon. There was another little boy about my son's age on the wagon, who was so terrified that he curled up into a ball and actually started clinging to random strangers to protect him. That was fun to watch, especially with my son trying to tell him, "Dude! It;'s not real!" Lol. The kid was okay in the end and stood up all proud and macho, pretending he wasn't scared at all. Oh... I almost forgot about the water feature! Keep your eyes peeled and pay attention, or you might get nailed like I did with a stream of water. I'm glad it was warm last night. We had a great time, and I'll definitely be heading back next year! I may even go again this year and take my son to the more kid-friendly daytime event so he can do another hayride, paint a pumpkin, and see some farm animals!
