Great theater with so much to offer! I have been to this theater for over - 11 years. When it was new- there were a few hiccups. Now....I LOVE it. The seating..., from D-box- to Giant Screen, and 3D....all worth the money! Concessions are (mostly) on average. The large refillable popcorn--comes in the tub. Nowadays- that's pretty rare. I also love that you can refill the "coke freeze ". In the last town I lived in, even if you bought a large coke freeze (slushy), you couldn't refill it with that....only soda. The staff go above and beyond their job duties. Example: a party of 2: both of us wanted the pretzels sticks with 2 different dipping cheeses. About 7 minutes later we got 2 small containers- one with Nacho one with Queso. Pretzel sticks looked great but after we sat down we realized the pretzels were still frozen. I went out to the lobby (show had started) and the same gal (Megan)....took our pretzel sticks and both cheeses back and returned 2 minuets...about...later...with fresh pretzel sticks and super hot fresh cheese!!! I tried to buy tickets in the kiosk for my husband and I six times and the machine would never accept any credit or debit card I put in. (And my credit score is 800 so THAT wasnt the problem) Someone said go to the concession stand....so I did but there were 15 people in line and 1 young candygirl by herself. I saw a manager type sitting by an open window in the ticket booth but he would NOT help me, not even to help me in getting the machines to accept my card. We drove TWO HOURS to come and see this movie and now we are driving back home without seeing a movie. I was once upon a time both a candy girl and a ticket seller and I was taught that the customer is the most important person and we should go out of our way to help and serve. Very expensive. 12 bucks plus during week. Went to see " Melania" on a tuesday. Staff is friendly and helpful. Seats were uncomfortable. Lost my hat on way out and someone stole it. Nobody turned it in. Sad part is people leaving behind me were older folks. I would have expected more integrity and not thieves everywhere. The lights in the movie room were never fully dimmed, the stage was nice and big. Great movie. My back is hurting after movie. Unfortunatelly they did not play it in the movies in Channing which is much more comfirtable. Also all the food at regal. Like a gas station. Hot dogs all kind of junk food, nothing healthy. It's not hard to understand why this place has one star reviews. I went in today at 11:15 AM to purchase 12 overpriced tickets for Thanksgiving weekend. The wannabe manager told me they were not open for another 30 minutes and when I explained that all I needed was the kiosk. He got very ignorant with me. This place is a joke. I wish Larry Miller would open a theater here and put them out of business! Floors are always sticky, popcorn is stale, SERVICE sucks! Like I say, this place is nothing but a joke. this theater is beautiful, but disgustingly expensive. I went with one of my friends and paid $60 for two tickets, two drinks, and a large popcorn. another local theater called Paramount, which, while not having as big of theater rooms and last a ecstatic appeal, offers, cheap tickets and cheap concessions, the theaters are still great and the seats are more comfortable. I don't think I'll ever go to this theater again because it's not worth paying for. read more

This is by far the worst movie theatre I've been to. The arcade games don't work as well as the Photo Booth. The popcorn is burnt and the etiquette the audience has is the same as preschoolers. The environment is very hostile and definitely not for people who get overstimulated fast. People were on their phones with full volume and others were coughing extremely loud and not covering their coughs. And some had the audacity to hold very loud conversations and when others told them to be quiet, they were met with a threatening attitude. Overall, this place is horrible! read more

I have to give this place a star when it deserves to be shut down. They charged me 43 bucks for a Deadpool 3 baby Deadpool popcorn holder then when I tries to buy the ticket they ID me witch makes sense told me I couldn't watch it cause I'm 16 and you gotta be 17 witch makes sense but then said you gotta have someone 21 or older with you to watch it. After that we went outside my buddy tried to refund his tickets for us and they gave him free pass tickets instead of refunding him his money beacuse he didn't have his card when he asked for cash. Witch then after they spun a bullshit story about us to security and then asked us to leave even though I was calling people to come watch the movie with me so I could get in saying that we're being disrespectful even though we were being nice, calm and respectful of them. read more

We paid for their overpriced concessions tonight, went back for refills and were ignored for 10 or 15 minutes. They helped new customers but completely ignored us! We finally left our containers on the counter and just left. Nothing like missing part of our movie! Good thing we have alternative theaters to go to in town! Ok, I get it. Movie theaters make money on food and beverage and not so much on ticket sales. But seriously. I asked for a cup for water. I was told that it would be cheaper to purchase the small Dasani water at $4.79. So that meant that an empty cup for water from the tap would cost me at least that much. Holy Crap! $5 for an empty cup that's worth less than 10 cents. I did spend $10 on two small bags of candy so you'd think as a consolation, I could get an empty cup. No wonder why people smuggle their treats into the theater. Use common sense people. Alienate your guests with ridiculous policies and they will find their entertainment elsewhere. Another thing that I found unusual is the fact that we were there to see a PG-13 movie but almost all the pre-movie trailers were R rated. I had my son there who is not 13 but even if he was the trailers were not appropriate for a kid 13 or under or even a kid 16 or under. This is super poor planning on the part of the theater manager and whoever places trailers. On a positive note, this theater is clean, comfortable, and in good repair. read more

A nice, big theater, comfortable seats. I don't really care for the assigned seating, but the concession stand needs a lot of attention. They are understaffed there and the manager that I spoke to asked me what I thought he should do? I don't understand the amount of time it took to discuss the 30 minute wait at the concession stand and the 5 minute discussion with the manager, he could've just said I'll take care of it and get up the on the register until the rush was over. You need to take care of the customer first. Employees people get caught up in tasking and forget who's paying their checks and upper management fails training them. I see this almost everywhere where customer service not worth the hourly rate you are getting paid to do! I would have a mandatory meeting for every employee either early in the morning or late at night and have training until they get customer service down. read more

They're baaaack! Go back to Regal! We went to see Infidel tonight. We checked in online with the app. The service was great. This is the third movie we've seen since the reopen. We saw Tenet that was a brain twister, but the theater was great. At first there was no refills. Now the refill is a medium bag when you buy the large bucket. Which is perfectly fine with me. The large cup refill is a small cup but it's unlimited. If you use the RunPee app like I do that's no worries mon.... So go watch some movies, just not David Copperfield, unless you like the stage, then you'll love it. It's like watching a play but well acted. I've only been here a few times, but I really don't think I will ever be back. It is WAY over priced! It's a nice facility, but I paid $10+ for ONE ticket!!!! If I'm going to be paying that I much I expect to have reclining seats and some dang good food delivered to me seat! What I got was a semi-comfortable chair that and some over priced snacks. Now all screens are digital. Theaters are a little dusty and in need of a scrub. But, no sticky floors.

Edwards is a nice, big, clean theater. Sometimes they show too many theaters with the same movie. Here's the thing about Edwards, since it's the only movie theater in town that shows new releases, you need to get there early if you want decent seats-- especially if you are in a big group. People are generally well behaved and it's not too often that rudeness occurs in the theater (of course this depends of the movie your seeing and it's target audience). The one thing that super annoys me is actually the theater employees that walk around to check the theater during a movie because they are carrying a glowing light. They don't just pop their head in, they walk across the front of the room, up one side of stairs, walk down, walk up the other side, walk down and then go to the wall to a clip board to sign-off that they did their check. It really is distracting. Just as distract as someone opening their cell phone and texting. read more

Terrible sound quality, sadly this is the only cinema which plays latest movies in this area. After numerous complaints they don't bother to upgrade their sound systems. No bass, surround sound is terrible. I hope one day they would upgrade, but current it feels like watching movie there is watching moving at home :-( read more

CWP OWNERS ARE FORCED TO REVEAL THEIR WEAPONS!!! Edwards now searches purses and bags for weapons even if you are a valid law abiding CWP holder. Which to the best of my knowledge and Idaho state statutes appears to be illegal. Open carrying a firearm is one thing but concealed carrying in a purse for a women is very common. They state "if we can see it I has to be taken to the vehicle or they can't come in!! Extremely expensive!! Also they only play movie late in the evening. For a 2 week old movie to play only at 10:15 is unheard of!!! And of course the typical expensive concessions, cold theater blah blah blah!!! I'd rather be cool then hot. read more

I was really disappointed with my visit. When I went with my brother we went online and it was open and we picked a movie showing to go to. When we arrived there was absolutely no one there, we tried to get tickets but the machine wasn't working and it only takes credit cards and all we had was cash. So we left withought watching anything and here I am writing this review. I know for a fact that the theatre was not closed because my dad took me the other day to see boss baby And like I said no one was there. The seats recline and the screens are much bigger than Fat Cats in Rexburg. I always prefer to come to Edwards even though it's a little more money. Although you can usually find a dinner/movie "date night" deal at a restaurant around town that make the price more worth it. read more

Where do I start, first of all, there was a cute blonde kid working in the front where you get the tickets. He was nice, I felt bad because my husband got irritated with him. So, compliments to him. Anyway, we went to see It on Saturday. The blonde kid asked for an ID even though my husband and I are obviously over 17, I thought that was strange. The kid then warned us about the hard ass inside who would probably be asking for IDs again. I thought he was joking. He wasn't. Whoever the older gentleman is who was yelling at people to get in line because he was checking EVERYONE'S IDs and everyone's bags, you do know you don't work for TSA, right? The line to get into the theater was almost out the door because he was taking his sweet time checking everyone's ID. Ridiculous. I can understand bag checking, but COME ON you know when someone is over 17... and the rule is, if they're with an adult they can get in. So I did not understand this logic. I just moved here from California, and I have NEVER had such a hard time getting into a movie... ever. I love movies and theaters. This theater has potential. Look into recliner seats. I'm not a reclining seat snob, I can usually stand not having a recliner, but these seats had me sitting straight up. My back and neck still hurt. Also, look into replacing the gentleman who took his job way to seriously, and made it hard for me to enjoy my movie experience. There's no shame in taking your job seriously, but this was over the top. The movie theater is supposed to be a relaxing place, but this was honestly like going through airport security which I don't think anyone can say they find enjoyable. read more
