It's architecture fits in with the mountain chalet-type theme found in Jackson Hole and other ski areas.

The JH Cinema (aka Twin Cinema) is a great spot for enjoying flicks. It features state-of-the-art, all-digital projection systems and giant, wall-to-wall screens for a perfect (big) picture. The place claims on their website to have the "world's best popcorn" with real butter. Located conveniently just 3.5 blocks from the Town Square at the corner of Pearl and Jackson Streets, I have to give the JH Cinema the vaunted 5 YELP STARS for just being there in case of need. Still, when it was open I would go, only to find frustration with children manning the helm, blurry focus on the screen and the sense that you were in a friend's garage watching his big screen. The business never catered to movie goers enough to earn our support. In the bizarre world of rural Wyoming one must now drive to the other end of the county to watch a film in a modern setting - where there is even less patrons, younger workers in control and similar sensibilities with regard to ruining the show (arbitrarily stopping the film as the credits begin to roll). On line streaming isn't killing the theater's in this area-the theaters are shooting themselves in the foot due to no imagination and no respect for the movie experience.

The seating..., from D-box- to Giant Screen, and 3D....all worth the money! Concessions are (mostly) on average. The large refillable popcorn--comes in the tub. Nowadays- that's pretty rare. I also love that you can refill the "coke freeze ". In the last town I lived in, even if you bought a large coke freeze (slushy), you couldn't refill it with that....only soda. The staff go above and beyond their job duties. Example: a party of 2: both of us wanted the pretzels sticks with 2 different dipping cheeses. About 7 minutes later we got 2 small containers- one with Nacho one with Queso. Pretzel sticks looked great but after we sat down we realized the pretzels were still frozen. I went out to the lobby (show had started) and the same gal (Megan)....took our pretzel sticks and both cheeses back and returned 2 minuets...about...later...with fresh pretzel sticks and super hot fresh cheese!!! OMG!! Made all the difference. Great service, great employee attitude...of course the theater speaks for itself. 5+*****stars!!

I saw a manager type sitting by an open window in the ticket booth but he would NOT help me, not even to help me in getting the machines to accept my card. We drove TWO HOURS to come and see this movie and now we are driving back home without seeing a movie. I was once upon a time both a candy girl and a ticket seller and I was taught that the customer is the most important person and we should go out of our way to help and serve.
