Said yes it will be, so I had her get it ready to resize. I was working in Campbell River for construction. I bought the ring a week before I would leave and the lady said to my face that it will be ready before I would fly out and won't be coming back. 1. I was misled. Misinformed. Basically lied. 2. Told her to call me well before if there would be any problems. No customer follow ups. 3. Had to repeat 3 times to her about everything. 4. Worst service than competitor jewellery stores. 5. Didn't deliver their product what they say/agreed upon. 6. Don't buy here if you're visiting this town. Let the local buy here.
