The driver came in an SUV (very nice I may add) and she was having trouble getting in. After she tried a couple times, unsucccessfully, to get in, the driver scooped her up and gently placed her inside the vehicle. As a result, the people who were going to pick me up originally were unable to do so. And I needed to get to Captiva, about an hour away from the airport. I called two other limousine companies and they had no availability. That actually turned out to be a blessing because Ambassador Transportation was outstanding in absolutely every respect!
