Not as busy on a Thursday afternoon which was good because there was no wait, but they said they do tend to get more busy on Fridays and Saturdays. I received a gel mani and a regular pedi. Sarah worked on my husbands feet (let's just say she had a challenge with those feet... tee he he) and she joyfully worked with wonderfully gentle hands. And did a great job. Alex worked on my feet, and this man is sensational! He was very gentle as well and gave the MOST AMAZING LEG AND FOOT MASSAGE!!! It was so good that my entire body relaxed. I could have spent the night in that chair when he was done. We will be back every time we visit St. Catherine's!!!

Like, noticeably crooked! They then tried to charge her extra to correct their own mistake before she even left the store! She didn't want to pay the extra, so she just accepted them the way they were and left. Clearly they took advantage of her because she's a minor and didn't understand that it's her right to have shoddy workmanship repaired. This is Canada. We have laws. Absolutely terrible business practices and we'll never be going back. From the looks of some of these other reviews, I don't think they'll be in business a whole lot longer.

However, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the people that work here. Especially Teresa. When I walked in a man was sitting at the front desk and he greeted me right away and gave me information and had me in within about 20 minutes. (Not too bad for a walk-in) Teresa that did my nails was absolutely nothing but pleasant and quite fun to talk to! Very much a genuinely kind person. You don't see that a lot I find especially in this kind of industry. Plus I LOVED her hair. Just wish I loved my nails as much :(
