I particularly appreciated the attention to shaping to keep the tip fairly thin and a really natural taper in thickness toward the cuticle. These are strong but not bulky and look like they won't need me to give them attention in a week when they're growing. The shop is clean and tidy and my chair was comfortable. I'm not much of a chatter so I really appreciated the Netflix on the TV, though having said that, Nancy seemed more than happy to engage in conversation if I wanted to. Another girl came to do my manicure she looked at the color and was like omg it's so sheer and I asked if she could just put it on one finger to see if it'll look nice the girl was visibly annoyed and weirdly aggressive off the bat. I told her I'll just show her the color I initially wanted and she's like no I'll bring you the basket choose it for yourself. So I did while the girl was walking away to get the color she started saying something to the other staff in her language and they laughed? Throughout the manicure the two girls were just talking amongst themselves in their own language while the girl doing my manicure was just weirdly aggressive the whole time. The salon just has weird vibes and the staff is lowkey rude. Anyways there's too many salons in Abby for people to be having poor service and bad attitudes. The pedicure turned out nice and the manicure there's definitely areas of smudging.

Came with my friend, salon was busy and we didn't have an appointment, but we made one and when we returned later we had the most spa like experience ever! Both professionals did a beautiful job, super patient and took the time to do it right, used a cuticle pusher and cuticle trimmer (no dremel, thank goodness), toenail cut was perfect, polish was beautiful, my requested design is adorable and all for an excellent price too! The salon is clean, modern yet friendly. Music was familiar and just loud enough for background noise. Coffee and tea machine in front to help yourself.
