I'm writing this review as I'm getting my pedicure- I don't even have to wait for the results because the customer service fantastic the second I walked in. I came here because the place I usually go to had a long wait. As soon as I walked in the owner greeted me. He explained they use organic products and the various options I had for my very unattended nails. Li is finishing up my pedicure and she seems Very thorough. Kinda surprised for a walmart location. I was a little confused about the price and the lady pointed at the board and asked if I could read. I usually pay 32$ for my gel manicure at sunset nails, so I couldn't understand why I was being taxed 5-10$ for French tips. Then I needed on extension because one of my nails broke she charged me 10$ for one extension. In total I ended up paying 55$. The French tips aren't rounded evenly, and the white doesn't even reach each side of the nail. I was pretty unsatisfied with how they came out. I got better quality at a cheaper price at Sunset nails. Other than that it was pretty fast service no one else was there so i was able to walk in and go straight to a table. My initial visit where Lee was amazing. My nails were sculpted beautifully and the design was exactly what I asked for. I would give her 5 stars. However today I saw a different nail tech named Sherry who completely ruined my nails. I asked for stone marble design on one nail and she argued with me about the length. I typically go very short and she was very reluctant to listen to me. Her application of the acrylic was very sloppy and almost all of my nails had dips and were uneven length. The polish is where I decided I wanted to leave after asking several times for her to correct the sculpting and shape. I'm not sure if she had never done the design I request before but she basically drew 3 thick lines down my nails and went to put top coat on. I asked her to remove it and told her I didn't want the design anymore. The polish was very sloppy and huge portions on the side missing. She placed a top coat on, never let one of my thumb nails cure and I just couldn't leave fast enough. I was very annoyed that she wanted to charge me $45 for the mess she made. I also has a $5 off card from previous visit which was also an issue for her to understand. She ended up charging me $30. I believe it should have been free since I promptly drove to another salon where it took 2 hours to remove and fix the mess she made. If you go please request Lee she does great work. I will not be back and I hope that more training is provided to their nail techs. read more

I never write reviews, never. Even if I love a place and mean to I end up forgetting. BUT Linda deserves a review and more customers!! I'm a Stapleton resident and was unsure about this salon due to it being inside Walmart. But I was in a pinch today and really don't like any of the Stapleton nail salons so based on the reviews I thought I would go right at 9am when the salon opens and give it a try. I was skeptical but wanted to give it a chance. I am very happy with the service and result of my gel mani. Picture attached. Linda is the owner and is a one woman show. Please be kind and patient when you are wanting a service done. She has tried to hire more staff but they all quit on her. So you'll may have to expect a 30 min wait if you come middle of the day. Put your name down and walk around wallyworld. Linda has over 20+ years of industry experience and really makes sure you walk out happy. Long nails, short, gel, dip... whatever you want she can do. She is very sweet to talk to and is also a single mother of two who works incredibly hard and keeps the salon open 7 days a week! Give this unusual spot a try! Her pricing is fair for the area ($30 for gel mani + $5 for removal of gel that I had done elsewhere). read more

I'm so surprised and in shock and grateful. How unbelievable that one of the best pedicures and manicures I've received is a nail salon inside the Stapleton Walmart. Who knew!?! I didn't but i do now. This will be my go to whenever I'm in town and i recommend it. My tech was Linda, she went to work on my feet and i had to come back the next day for a manicure. I admit it had been a minute-work, travel, family and my tootsies needed some love. I didn't realize how much until Linda went to work. She is awesome. It was better than the pedi I received at a fancy place where I live. She did such a good job I had to call my husband and apologize for rubbing those things up against him the past few weeks. The first time i got my full set done here Linda did amazing. I made my appointment with regal nails a whole week before my refill was due. When I got there she informed me that whoever took my reservation didn't tell her. She rushed through my nails with an attitude, they were uneven with dips in the middle and then she charged me 90.00!!!! for a refill. Nothing special.. just a simple rebase. So it was 75.00!!! for the original full set and then 90.00 for the rebase. What a joke and to be rude because your staff didn't communicate that I had a reservation is not a reason to treat customers that way. read more

I called the number I made the apt with and was told the person had been delayed due to construction on I70. I understand emergencies happen. However my option was to wait 3 hours? I came in for a pedicure. The tech who worked on me was beyond rude. I came in at my scheduled time on a Saturday, and there was no one in the salon except for the tech who was playing on her phone. She appeared surprised that I was there. She even asked me several times what time I had an appointment. Not only was the tech rude but I felt like I was intruding by coming in because she rushed through the pedicure, which was probably 15 minutes long. I came in with possibly the worst set of nails you could ever get from a different salon. They were lifting and yellow after a week so i went in and was instantly greeted. Mimi assured me she could fix my nails but in doing so she had to take them all off and redo them. She educated me by saying that it was in my best interest to just get a new set because the lifting can trap water and cause my nails to get a fungus. I'm glad I went with her idea. I told her to create her own masterpiece with my nails but to still keep them classy and not too flashy. Mimi went beyond my expectations!!!!! I am in LOVE!! Then I got a pedicure from Le and she did a marvelous job and dug out my ingrown for me. My feet feel heavenly. I decided to give this nail salon a try. I had nails on which I wanted shortened, the lady that took me said there was no reason to completely take them off. Once she actually started though she starts taking them off. Everything was going just fine until she started getting irritated and tried doing them faster which resulted in my actual nail being broken. If it had only been a small piece I probably wouldn't have said anything but I'll leave a picture here so you can see for yourself. I wish I could title this review "I'm sorry but no......." Two days ago I picked up some items at Walmart, because I had just moved into a new house, and decided to stop at the nail salon to kill two birds with one stone. I'd never been there before and was assigned Mimi, a new girl. She immediately asked to give me a fresh full set instead of the rebase I wanted. I wasn't prepared to spend the time and money, but after multiple slightly rude comments on the quality of my nails and a $5 discount I caved. I work with kids so I asked that this new set have thick gel acrylic so I didn't break a nail. Everything went well dispute her grilling me about who had done my nails last and the fact they stole money from me because my nails looked so bad. I rolled my eyes on the inside while smiling on the outside, I had just moved houses for goodness sake, yeah they were a mess. After it was all done, my nails looked nice. I was charged $40 by the shop owner which didn't reflect the $5 discount but whatever my nails looked fine - thin acrylic but nice. I tipped $8 and before leaving I was asked to leave a review. Last night, 24 hrs after getting my nails done, I broke one picking a toy box off the floor. Ugh! Thin acrylic! I went back to the nail salon today thinking I was going to pay $5 for a broken nail but deep down thinking it would be nice to get a discount since I was just there and the set was brand new. Mimi had a client so another lady fixed it. $5 plus a $1 tip. She was heavy on the polish so the new nail now wasn't consistent with the rest of my nails. I asked if she could fix it. She added a coat to the rest of my other nails and charged me an additional $10! I'm not a cheap person, I pay for quality, but where is the customer service, especially for a new client?!!! Maybe my expectations were high but come on....I paid $69 in 2 days when all I actually wanted was a $25 rebase. I'm sorry but no, I won't be back. read more

I called to make an appointment some guy was very adamant I get there as soon as possible. I went and some lady was laying on a lawn chair. I had my some with me which she was so concerned he would be scared for some weird reason. I informed her me and him have been doing this together for a while. I had a great experience getting my nails done here. There are many reasons why I would recommend this location but I believe you have to experience it to believe it. The owner Viet went out of his way to make sure I had water and whatever else I needed. He has this skill of anticipating needs, not only for his customers but also the staff he works with. I've been everywhere in Stapleton trying to find a great nail salon! We just moved here and I seriously have tried it all. I saw some good reviews on Yelp for Regal Nails, so I figured I'd try it. I made an appt and was able to get right in. The owner, Viet, was so friendly, professional and polite. Linda was the nail technician for my manicure. She did an incredible job on my manicure and cuticles especially. They carry a brand called Bio Seaweed Gel. It's supposed to be much healthier than OPI or CND - and last longer. Just left his location with two other people. Three spots for 10 am but only two people were here. We saw all the wonderful reviews and and thought this would be perfect. However, PRICE SCAM! Every single thing is an add on " full acrylic" at $55.00 does not include $10.00 for shaping, plus $10.00!for cuticle or another $5.00 for the lotions and massage extra! Oh and btw the lotion and massage never happened! This with Anna After asking repeatedly for Hannah to not cut my nails she did, then I said rounded not squared she squared them, as a result had to cut them again. Kept telling me it's ok or I know, clearly it was not ok. While doing my nails she bumped hit and got her hair in my nails so had to keep starting Over all the while saying it was ok. What a nightmare. The charges apparently kept adding up without our knowledge (other than the salt scrub that was clear) for services some of which we did not even enjoy. The owner showed up before we had to pay and we worked with him on everything including the removal of cost for the one botched manicure , he gets credit for that one thing. Linda provided great services no complaints there, but again added costs without our knowledge. English is a second language here so there will be some work around things like don't cut (5 times) or not square (resulting in another cut), sheer versus opaque for colors) Might be fine for a simple manicure. Be very careful of their pricing. "$20 & Up" ended up for me at $40 with some BS excuse that my acrylic rebase wasn't a rebase because she put powder over the entire nail. I wear my nails very short, right at the base, and that BS was a first for me. She did a decent job, but I'll never go back because I felt horribly ripped off. You took my money once, but that's it.
