Two of us went to get a pedicure for a fun girls night and we've loved coming to this salon before. However, one of our pedicures was started 10 minutes after the first yet we finished at the same time. The woman who started the later one was a very thin woman, who hardly did a massage and rushed through the whole thing, presumably to make sure the store closed at 7:30, even though we arrived well before 6. I get that it's a business, but the upselling is insane. Also, while the sanitized nail tools were appreciated, the reused hot stones left a lot to be desired (they were thrown right back into the warming pot right before we left without cleaning). The chair's handles and cupholders looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. While we loved Henry, we will not be coming back anytime soon. read more

FINALLY a sanitary nail salon. I'm glad to have found one that doesn't leave me wondering when a fungal infection will set in. Disclaimer: it's inside the Riverton Walmart. This is somewhat ofd putting for me and really weird, but a good pedi is worth pretty much anything, and there were several customers in the salon when I arrived with my friend. We both had the special spa pedicure, which included a leg wrap, parrafin wax, hot stone massage, sugar scrub, and regular massage for only $40 (like, you've got to be kidding me). My nail tech worked efficiently but didn't cut corners. Because it's in a Walmart, it's not particularly fancy and the equipment isn't the same as you'd find in a spa, but it was clean and did the job. Their basic pedicure is only $20, which is such a bargain. The only downside for me was the polish selection - many of them were clearly old, but I was still able to find a color I liked and could, in the future, bring my own. They used new, wrapped nail files and buffers on our feet and then gave them to us to take home, which is exactly what every salon should be doing, at no extra charge. I'd return to this nail salon again and am interested in a mani/pedi package, which is only $35 (so so so inexpensive)! read more

She has an aversion to someone/anyone touching her feet. The technician was very kind and asked about her comfort level. She was gentle and soft spoken. I thought she was going to leave when the power tools came out, but she remained steadfast. Overall, she had a good experience and my bride is ready for flip flop and sandal season. Fair warning do not listen to the approximate times they tell you or the appointment times. They sit on a throne of lies!! For example I called to set an appointment earlier in the day at 430 for a pedicure and I didn't even get seated until 5... which I then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes in the chair with cold water. It was great. (Note my sarcasm) so before they even started painting my nails I had already waited an HOUR! (This is why I set an appointment???) If you get Jenni you will get an ok mani pedi, but generally she is pretty booked and the will always give you a nail tech that sits at the back-- the seem nervous and not as experienced after my manicure I still had bumpy hard cuticles that were worse that when I went in and would bleed when bumped. I have been going to Regal Nails since they opened. I have always had great service. I've never had problems getting an appointment or getting in when they said I could. Jenny does my nails and does a fabulous job everytime. I usually bring in pictures of what I want and she always goes above and beyond what I ask for. First Yelp review ever and needless to say extremely disappointed. One and only reason it's a 2 star is new manager Jenni. Made an appointment for fill and pedicure and was told I could only do one at a time. I advised I only had an hour and a half and so she did not keep my appointment for the pedicure and cancelled without telling me. I show up for my appointment thinking I have both scheduled. When I speak with Jenni she argued with me instead of trying to correct the issue. Extremely unfortunate because I have two weekends a month I can have my nails and pedicure done as I'm a single mom. If the new owner reads this review I am hopeful you correct this managerial issue. If not then I will make sure word of mouth spreads. However love my girl Hanna who does my nails here. I was happy with the set I got. Hannah was the tech who put on my new set. SHE IS GREAT! The problem was she quoted me $35, then said it was $40. The prices posted say $25 and up for a full set. It's not clear on what they'll charge you. The techs work 10 hours a day, sometimes 6 days a week. They appear to be hard working and I respect that a lot. It's a business, bottom line. This salon has always done a good job on my nails, but their customer service is horrible and I won't be going back. They are inside a Walmart, which right away suggests they want you to just walk in and get your nails done. The truth is, they hate walk-ins and even if they aren't busy, they will tell you they are too busy and don't have Time for you. I showed up right when they opened this morning and even though they only had three customers, I was told they couldn't fit me in until 330 this afternoon. I went ahead and made the appointment for 330 and came back, just to be told they were running behind and couldn't fit me in for 20 more minutes. 20 minutes passed and when I got up to walk out, they started begging me to stay saying it would be only five more minutes. I didn't have time to trust that because of another appointment I had. They also hate people paying with credit cards. if you don't have cash, they will tell you to go down to the ATM to get cash. I wasted over an hour of my day driving back and forth to the salon 2 times and sitting around when they couldn't hold to my appointment time. I guess since they're in Walmart, they've decided to adopt Walmart's level of customer service. read more

Made an appointment for acrylics- was sat at a middle station to be worked on by a man who had a dusty table and a filthy nail brush. I had no length to my nails at all- cut down to the quick because I'd taken my last acrylics off a few weeks earlier and my nails were weak and thin- so I cut them off. This man superglued super long tips on and pressed them on, gluing each tip to my fingers about 1/8 inch past my natural nail. Then when he discovered I wanted oval, not square he moved me to another technician because he didn't know how to do oval or something. I had 4 inch tips glued on for a half hour and fell asleep waiting. Eventually I was attended to by another tech who cut my cuticle with a circular file bad enough that I was dripping blood. It took a really long time, the nails were on the thick side. I was kept awake that night by the painful throbbing from every single one of my fingers! I've had several manicures and that has never happened to me before. Where the glue was stuck to my fingers, I had to gently pry it apart with a toothpick and it left ugly prints on the underneath side of the tips. I reshaped them a few days later myself, and a few days after that took them off altogether. read more
