I typically have a positive experience here. It is the closest nail solon to where I live so I tend to stop in more often than other nail salons. The wait is the worst part. Even if you make a reservation, you may be waiting 30-40 mins to get in anyway. That's the most frustrating thing to me. So if you plan accordingly, the rest of your experience should be pleasant. Their price list is busy and hard to understand. I never know exactly what to ask for when I wasn't a basic manicure and not the spa and massage option. Most nail salons have an overwhelming polish smell, but this place does not. So that's a plus!
