I'm not sure they get enough business to practice or perform often. The manicure portion was good, but the gel polish was put on poorly.

My nail tech spoke so little English that I wasn't even sure she knew what I was asking for. There was ZERO conversation and I felt like she would get annoyed every time I asked her something. I got gel polish on my natural nails plus two acrylics because my nails were short. She broke one of my natural nails trying to take the polish off. I will NEVER go again. I got started going to Regal when a friend suggested it after I complimented her nails. I couldn't believe the nail salon in Walmart did such a great job. The first time I went, my friend accompanied me. She introduced me to the ladies there and they remembered me the second time I went. I love that they are do friendly. They have an amazing selection of services including the dip nails which is what I always get. They are always done well and with perfection. read more

I was left waiting for an hour because the ladies said she could take me but really couldn't. I simply needed a removal of acrylics and a pedicure, nothing crazy. She charged $40!!! I didn't even get anything re-polished. Was completely overpriced, and she rushed through it all. I don't leave bad reviews often but super unhappy with this place. read more

The girl could not clean my nails very well. I ended up doing 3 toes, she did not know how to trim in grown toe nails, didn't want to cut toe nails down. Sir said she couldn't polish if they were short. What the heck!!!! Terrible customer service. Didn't offer to do calluses. Will NEVER recommend to anyone or come back !!!! read more

Will never go back!! First and last time going there. My mom made appointments for 4 of us and was told we could get all 4 in at the same time, that was not true. The worst part is one of the employees had their kid there sitting in a stroller screaming away, being loud , disruptive, the technician kept having to go talk to the screaming kid. I tried to send a private message on Facebook to this business but two weeks later, no response. The pedicure itself wasn't even great, I felt like they were rushing through it. read more

Went here to get my nails done because of all the positive reviews. I was a walk-in, and had to wait. About 20 minutes later a couple walked-in for a pedicure ( no appointment) and they were accommodated even though I was there first. This irritated me since I had to wait another 20 minutes and totally felt ignored. When I finally got a turn, Lien was really nice and apologized for waiting. I want to say they are worth the wait but the work they do is decent but not worth the price! I wanted coffin shape nails and Ombrè pink/white. Got charged $50 which I was okay with but my nails does not look at all. The gel she applied was a little thick and it seems like they were not a big fan of shorter acrylics. Kept saying to go shorter since my nails grow fast and Lien would hardly snip anything off. All in all, the service was okay. I will still keep looking. I have nerve damage in my legs and feet and when Win did the massage she was very gentle and wasn't in a hurry. She is so nice and professional! When it came time for choosing which pedicure I wanted, she suggested the one best for me, not the most expensive! Actually everyone here we're nice. The place is clean and reasonably priced. I absolutely LOVE them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Lien and crew do amazing work! My mom and I have been going here for a little over two years and there is no where I will ever go again! The service is the best ever; they are incredibly friendly, talkative and caring- they always ask us how our life is overall, and they remember from visit to visit! They share a bit about their lives, and really make us feel welcome and like we're part of a family. They are also incredibly funny! Reminds me of the beauty salons from the 50's! They always ask the customers what they'd like and double check before proceeding. If there is a ever a wait- they give the proper expectation as to wait time (if they say 15 minutes, it means 15 minutes, not an hour!). And the TALENT! Oh my goodness- my nails always look amazing (hands AND feet!). If you ask them to duplicate a design you saw online- they will! And if your nail technician isn't the best at drawing that design, the other employees jump in and help - it's amazing teamwork! You always get what you ask for, and there's no way you can ever be disappointed! One thing that is especially nice is that all teammates speak and understand English- there seem to be quite a few salons all over that don't. They interact with the clients the whole time. For my mom and I, we have developed a friendship with them, and even banter and tease each other. The shop is located inside a Walmart, which honestly shocked me at first -- but the way the shop is set up, you'd think you were in an exclusive, fancy spa -- and the rates are very reasonable. No matter what mood I'm in when I arrive there, I always leave in a much better mood, and with more gorgeous nails! I personally get my eyebrows done and she always does an outstanding job. It cost $10 but I always tip 10 back because I personally feel like eyebrows are very important and she does such a good job and they look so amazing each time! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been a patron for about a year now. It seems this business is going downhill. The customer service is horrible. Their business philosophy must be turn and burn because apparently the customer's time is not valuable. Rack um stack um. Don't bother making an appointment. When you arrive, the person you had an appointment with is in the midst of working on another customer. So you end up waiting 20 minutes to even get started. And to top it off, she'll let you sit with acetone on your nails for another 20 minutes while she goes back to the original customer she was working on. So irritating and unprofessional. I had the same woman do my nails, Van Trinh, since I started going there about a year ago. She did a good job but the language barrier was huge. I couldn't communicate with her at all. At my last appointment she started doing my nails and then just got up and left with no explanation at all. I sat and waited for her to come back but she never did. She started restocking supplies while I sat there wondering what the hell was going on. I waited at least 30 minutes for her to finish my nails but she never did. Instead after a half hour of just sitting (obviously MY time is worth nothing to them) another woman came and finished my nails. She did a terrible job and I was very upset and unhappy. At my last December appointment I gave Van Trinh a $25 tip for Christmas and this is how she treated me at my very next appointment. I always tipped 20% which I bet is a lot more than most people considering it is in Walmart. I will never go back there and will tell people who ask me to stay away from there. They are rude to their customers and don't care how they treat you. read more
