My nails looked good when I left but the process was uncomfortable. The owner was abrupt and aggressive with his approach, cutting my cuticles three times w/the edge of nail sander which was far more abrasive than it needed to be. The entire time I was in the chair, he moved my arm, elbow, hands, wrists, smacked me with the file, and rearranged my fingers so they would be easier for him to work on. I took my mom here for a pedicure and they did a great job. Very thorough, great color selection, and very nice massage. It might be a little hard (massage) for some people but I'm sure you would just need to let them know to soften it up. Overall a great place and value! read more

I've been seeing Larry for a few years on and off and I've continually came back!! I am a nail biter and they always so the best job of making my nails look great even when I have the worst nail bed! Awful experience, I should have walked out. The owner is rude first of all. He was extremely rough and filed my nails down so hard it hurt and I almost was in tears the pain was so bad. He kept jerking my thumb around into a painful position and telling me to hold still. He then charged me a ridiculous amount more than it shield have been. Two days later, my acrylics are chipping. Traumatizing. I can't believe this place is in business, I should have noticed that he has no other business. My nails still hurt and my cuticles are now peaking and red. read more

The owners were VERY Rude. $20 for lotion and if you were lucky oil on your feet, no wax, salt or anything. They barely rubbed in the lotion or oil and didn't let our feet soak in the water. They didn't file our nails or clean them completely. My friend got white nails and they only put one layer so you could still see her nail. Not impressed at all. Larry was rude on the phone as well, he was very confusing and impatient. A women stopped by to see if they had room and Larry said "we have no time", this was at 5 and they close at 7. He very well could of said that if she wanted to come back about 5:30-6 they would be available. They used phases like "getup", "your done you can go now". Most times they didn't use their words and hardly tapped on us. They also picked up our shoes moved them over to the manicure area and dropped them on the ground.They were just disgusting. We had to walk across the gross floor with out shoes. Do NOT recommend perfect nail for anyone. We thought that they would be good because they had a four star review not NOPE. I came here for the first time ever to get an acrylic set. The man who did my nails was very rude to me. He was so aggressive with my nails that they hurt the entire day after, and they were put on so poorly whenever I flexed my fingers I felt the acrylics pull on my skin. The nails were not the shape I asked for, and several of them were uneven and crooked. They give the best foot and hand massages, plus the attention to detail is unmatched. I've always been treated with respect as a client at Perfect Nails. Plus, they offer a cash discount! Who doesn't like that?! For a full manicure and pedicure with gel polish on both is $75.00; cash is $70.00. That is not overpriced by any means. I will continue to be a return customer. read more

My nails look good shape wise. But if you don't hold your hand how they want they threaten to stop there work. I have shaky hands (which they knew) and I accidentally bumped my nails (only 3) on there lamp. He got mad at me took the nail polish off my 3 fingers then put 1 coat of nail polish back on (on my ring finger only half of my nail has nail polish on it. He held my fingers so hard my fingers were popping. I asked for glitter on my ring fingers which he did. But on the 1 I accidentally messed up he didn't put glitter back on them. He yelled at my cousin to hold still (which she was) and she cried when we got back in the car because of how rude he was to her. 10/10 WILL NOT be going back. They Threaten to mess up my nails on purpose and they are disrespectful. They had me dry my nails on the same nail dryer where a lady before me had her feet. Absolutely disgusting. read more
