Don't come often anymore, but I needed a treat- it was lacking this time. I had a $45 pedi and a natural manicure. She didn't have much strength in her hands though the heated rock massage was relaxing. She hurt my toes several times. I showed her which nail I wanted the rest of my nails to look like. She asked if I wanted them all as short as the one I'd broken. I said no not that short. She had me sit on the side of the pedi chair even though there were 4 open mani stations open, to file my nails. After my first hand I said it was uncomfortable couldn't we move to an actual station. She did move me then. I pointed out that the shape of my nails were not as requested she redid my first hand but, they then ended up a lot shorter than I asked for. I wanted a light pink for my hands, she had trouble finding something not too bright. I had her put a combination of colors on me, thinking the lighter of the two as a top coat would calm the color down. It wasn't ideal, but it was what they had. The brighter color must have been older as it was very thick. It's taken all afternoon to really dry and it bubbled up on the outside of my thumb. The inside of my pointer looked like something had gotten in the polish. Vin said I must've touched it. Not sure how that would have happened but he did smooth it. I know everyone has to start somewhere and I applaud 777 for doing training but, there should be over site. As usual, everything was clean and no strong smells were evident.

I was wrong about the #of employees because a 3rd came out from the back and immediately came over and got started. The service was great. I did not feel rushed at all. All three employees worked together to make sure each client was well taken care of.

I…read morehad a pedicure today and I went to use my gift certificate dated December 2025 and the new owners would not accept it because they did not own the nail shop at that time. Also, VIP does punch cards. I had nine punches, one for every manicure. With 10 punches you get $20 off on a pedicure. They did not honor the punch card because they were not the owners then. If the new owners wanted to keep current customers, they should honor the punchcard and put up a sign and say they will accept the punchcard that the clients have but will not no longer be offering them in the future. The new owner should appreciate the people who have been coming there for years., or they are going to lose many customers. the new owner finally took my gift certificate but told me it was only because I was a client there for so long. I kept telling the owner I don't like pointy. She barely filed and the young girl next to me (stranger) even said something to her but she ignored her also. She was going off what my daughter sent in a picture of what she wanted. My daughter had a horrible experience also. Her 1;00 appointment didn't start until almost 2:00 because the owner had her mom there working and had to constantly fix her mistakes. She kept apologizing to us but didn't make it better. She was not happy when we told her we wanted to pay for the nails and pedicure and leave. She wanted us to stay or pay for the services we didn't receive. After leaving she blew up my daughter's phone. She even found out somehow (stalking) my daughters fiancé name and told her she is sorry for (first and last name) marrying her. She also said she has cameras she reviewed and we look like weird scam creepy people. It was the weirdest experience. We didn't even do anything to make her think we were bad people. We just wanted to pay and get out of there! Ruined our special girls day out. My daughter told her to post the 2 hour ordeal she has on camera so people can actually see what will happen if they decide to go here. We are not difficult people to please. We try hard not to complain because we know how bad days go. Also, there is no cameras on the wall nor is there a sign saying you're on camera so beware all you scammers lol... I posted this on her website and she replied with this. I never asked for a refund. I paid leaving no tip as she was watching. I was never rude nor was my daughter. Also, though it's nice that they try to fit everyone in, they stretch themselves out way too thin, I was lucky I was getting a pedicure and at least had a massage chair and foot soak. They also charged extra to shape the acrylic nails. The acrylic nails were a little thicker then most other shops I've been too, already looked a little grown out because she didn't put the acrylics all the way down the nail, and could have been shaped better (especially for an extra fee), and there was some gel polish residue around my nails which is easy to spot since gel polish is really hard to get off. The pedicure was great though. Unrelated to how the business is run, the regulars were super rude, literally pulled their chair up arm to arm next to my chair (to the point that if she moved, my chair moved with hers which was really irritating), started chatting with the nail technician like she was in the manicure chair, completely ignored my presence even though the technician was clearly annoyed by it, and even insulted my nail color as she was painting my nails. There were a few rude regulars in who acted like that and it was just really irritating, but again, nothing to do with how the owners run the business, just something about the experience that I really didn't like. I won't be back, I've been to other places near by that I felt were a little cleaner and gave me a more quality manicure.
