I am 58 and my ankle was swollen from an old tendon tear that acts up occasionally. He was a little rough, cut the nails a little too short where one hurt last night, used no real scrub, just pumiced super hard (I can take the pain, but seriously) but did do a very long lotion massage which did help relieve some stress, and probably helped with some swelling why the 3. Price was same as my lady, at $35 for regular polish. There was a very nice young lady (from Branson) I spoke with, that had recently moved here, and if I ever go back would ask for her.

They had us pick colors, and when I said we didn't want gel, they insisted it was fine because they "match" gel colors to regular. Then they pulled out actual gel bottles. I repeated that I didn't want gel polish, and they told me, "It's ok, it's not gel without the lamp." I even asked if it would come off with normal remover and they said yes. Well, guess what--it won't come off! Now I'm stuck having to go somewhere else to pay to get this taken off, and my nails will likely be damaged in the process from buffing which is why I haven't used gel in years! How does a nail salon not even have regular nail polish? They flat-out lied to me, and I will never be back.

I've been going there for almost a year. I have never seen that lady in my life but the point of the matter is , she's not a real nail tech. I did not see her license on the wall when I was walking out and the service was terrible and so is her skills. I will be adding photos. I had them cut my nails down so I can leave and now I'm headed to another nail shop to pay for a removal and a full set.

I am pretty sure he doesn't know curse words as his English is extremely limited. He did call the police after the customer began cursing and became belligerent over a nail color. The female customer who could not control her emotions had a friend with her who repeatedly asked her to stop and she would not stop yelling. I'm not saying who was at fault and can only speak to what I saw and heard. The male technician was upset but offered for the lady's nails to be free if she would leave the shop. However, she looked for any excuse to be loud, complain and keep fighting after they began to disagree. Very idiotic. This shop is awesome. The owner was calm and kind through the entire thing. Lastly, I was the only client in the shop other than the screaming woman and her very sweet friend, so you can guess who must have written the negative review...

My friend & I were talking about how the younger guy really perfected & filed all of her nails once he was already done, just to make sure they were perfect. I used the restroom & it was cute but not clean. No hand soap or paper towels either. My toes still look really cute, but my place back home is less expensive for better quality.
