Torn at three stars. If I hadn't been to the Warren previously I would think it is absolutely 4/5 stars, but seeing what it USED to be compared to what it is now is just so disheartening and disappointing. We went to see Creed 2 and got there early to enjoy some drinks in the Director's Suite. Now I believe that the DS deserves 4 stars, the amazing heated recliners and the food/beverage service is over the top! But the overall theatre is really needing some TLC. The lobby had trash everywhere, it used to be spotless but it looked awful and this was a Monday, not a crazy Friday night or anything. The bathroom trashes were overflowing....it was actually kind of gross. We also saw only one person at the snack counter in the main lobby actually taking orders. The other employees were just talking and even ignored a couple that walked up to an open register. I love the Warren and will continue to go there over other theaters in the area, I just wish Regal hadn't bought it out because it seems to have declined since then. read more

RATE -1000 out of 5 stars for customers service. The employees are rude and the bathroom was dirty. Just went and watched a movie was having a good time. When we first got there, the front desk was empty, and the machine wouldn't redeem our ticket. After the movie I went to get my free large refill, no big deal. On one side of the counter they had two employees what I thought was working. So, I asked "can I please get my free refill". He very rudely stated that "you have to go to the other side" I was just started walking and said "don't know why I can't just get a refill". So, I got to the other side there are two lines with at least twenty people in each. I was already upset, but proceeded to one line. Then, the people beside commented how rudely they were sent to this side. I instantly had anger coursing thru me. I said screw this and walked back the teenager who rudely turned me away. I told him "if you can't refill my drink the least you could do is throw it away." And proceeded to the exit. As I was walking out I saw the manager come out. I told him what had happened as he was trying to walk away from me the whole time. He said the machines are down, totally understandable. I then asked "I understand that, but didn't know why there was two worker who couldn't make a simple refill that requires no machine." he then went and got me a large drink and handed to me and tried to leave immediately. I basically had to yell at him so he could here me "you also need to have a talk with your employees on how to speak with customers". As I walked out the door said loud enough for some people to hear me "and I will not be returning to this theater again." read more

Pros- Beautifully decorated and lots of options in theaters. Good concessions with quite a few lines open. Cons- Too bad the lighting in the lobby looks so drab so it doesn't bring attention to all the great detail and murals that has been put in there as opposed to other theaters that lack any nostalgic feel to them. Both times I've been the concession lines took terribly long to get waited on and to get your food once you were at the front. My only order both times were Popcorn and a Coke. . Granted they are young kids working and possibly their first job ever but management should be there to mentor them and speed things up some. First visit I was not accustomed to going to many movies with reserved seating although now it is becoming the norm, so I had forgotten to memorize where my seat was other than on the ticket. The movie had just started and it was dark, eyes adjusted but I still couldn't make out the row numbers which doesn't matter because the online ticketing is not totally accurate. Came back out and asked a staff member validating tickets. He didn't know. He didn't care either. Just a kid who probably has never been taught the importance of customer service. Had to go stand in line at the customer service kiosk to see a seating chart so I could count the rows down and seats in to find mine. One of the employees standing around would have been nice as an usher, but I made it in to miss the first 20 minutes of the movie. One of the nicest theaters in the country with great sound systems. They just need to focus on a few details and it would be over the top. Hopefully someone will recognize that and act on it. read more

Waited for about 30 minutes at the diner for our food -us being 2 people. Regardless, stood up there waiting for someone to acknowledge us to get an update on the order. All maybe 5 of the workers had their back turned. Not being able to figure out who's food is who's. Just needs to be better training. At the bare minimum acknowledge the paying customer. We recently went to the 4DX. We loved that experience! I had to give 3 stars because the staff was not great. Usually everyone is so nice and helpful but this time all of them acted like they hated their jobs. They were short and rude and never one time did anyone smile. I definitely recommend trying the 4DX experience but hopefully the staff steps it up a bit. read more

This is a beautiful theater, do not expect a beautiful experience. We went on a Monday afternoon for a 4DX experience. We over payed for our tickets for Wakanda Forever, expecting something than just a movie. We were greeted with zero enthusiasm and zero to none customer service. No one in the establishment knew exactly how to give us a drink nor where to guide us to our movie. I love to frequent a movie theater because I believe it's a dying business and would love to see them thrive; however I would never spend the money I spent today to see a movie again. In the future, I will pay to see it at a different location that staffs well and accommodates theirs guests or simply wait to see it when it's available via streaming. read more

Sooo I found a new favorite. There's something about an old theater, red velvet curtains, screening rooms, and touches of Old Hollywood to give you all the feels. My husband and I ventured out to Moore (kidding, it's only 25 mins away) to watch Batman vs Superman: Dawn of the Justice League the day it came out. With tons of viewing options and upgrades (you can sit in general seating, the balcony with food and drink service, the private screening room), we opted for the balcony as we wanted to see the first morning showing. (We have two little ones who were at childcare). The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly and very attentive. I enjoyed the plush seats with the heater option. I also thought the menu was cute as it featured food and drinks based on popular movie characters. I had the Queen of Hearts cocktail, and gave no Fs whatsoever that it was 11:30 a.m. on a Friday. It was a much needed mom drink than was tasty, not too heavy on the alcohol, and just perfect. Our overall experience was superb, and we will be back for sure. Next time, I want to try the screening room with less seats, but I have zero complaints! read more

The Warren has to be one of the BEST theatres I've ever been to! Hence why I only have great things to say about it! I love that the whole concept behind the theatre is to create an experience that blends old-fashioned and modern elements. I'm a big fan of the curtains opening before the movie starts. A classic for sure. The IMAX is HUGE and such a crystal clear viewing experience. But I also enjoy the "regular" screens as well. Both are excellent. The seats are comfortable and each row is reasonably space apart from the other rows. Which is a huge bonus if you're a tall guy like me. (I'm 6'4 so I know how miserable and cramped planes, theatres, etc can be.) Bonus tips: I love the classic diner that's attached to the theatre. It's so cool that anything you order can be taken into the theatre to enjoy while you watch your film. I also like that there's also a bar so you can have your favorite adult beverages and socialize. read more

This is by far my favorite movie theater in town. Of course the services in the balconies and the directors' suites are unmatched from any theater around town, but if you look beyond that, there is a lot more about this theater that makes it my favorite. It is always clean, well-maintained, and the staff is always courteous and friendly. You get the impression that the owner is legitimately interested in maintaining high standards of customer service because of the care that is taken with the theater. The owner also seems to be legitimately interested in serving the needs of modern movie-goers. The Warren features family-friendly movies on weekends for children with sensory disorders. They also have a "cry room" available where you can take a crying child and still watch the movie. Their prices compare with any other theater in town, but in my opinion, you get much more bang for your buck at the Moore Warren. Plus, I would rather spend my money at an establishment where I feel valued as a customer. read more

I absolutely LOVE the Warren! They go above and beyond at this place. The price for tickets are reasonable and they add in the tax with the price so a $7 ticket is truly a $7 ticket. No surprises. The same goes for the food and drinks. All the tax had been calculated in. Now, like all theaters, the popcorn and drinks are a little pricey, but they have combos which make it better. The outside is fashioned like the old cinemas of Hollywood. Very Art Deco and it doesn't stop there. The Art Deco design continues into every nook and cranny of this place. No stone was left unturned when the owner designed this building. It even survived the May 2013 tornado with minimal cosmetic damage. The theaters themselves are amazing. They actually have a red velvet curtain hanging in front of the screen which lifts when the movie is about to start. Whenever a major holiday is near, there's usually a little something extra they put together. The seats are comfortable and rock back and forth. The aisles are spaced far enough apart that little kids can't kick your seat or the person behind you can't put their foot up behind your head. The theater used a digital projection which means a crystal clear picture and HD sound from Dolby Digital and THX. Now for the IMAX. Yes, I said IMAX. One word to describe it: epic. I've been there several times already and it always gives me the chills when I walk into the theater and see that several story screen with the velvet curtain hanging there. The prices aren't half bad either. $10 for regular IMAX. $13 for 3D. Trust me, it's well worth it, and no other theater will stack up to this one. The seats in the IMAX are so amazing it's almost impossible to find a bad one. Though, if you have neck problems, don't sit near the bottom. In my opinion, get there early and get a seat at the top. The BEST seats in the house. And your close to restrooms located up there in the back. A little tip, try and buy your tickets ahead of time. The lobby of this movie theater includes a fireplace. An actual, honest to goodness (gas) fireplace. The fireplace is in the lounge, just to the right of the concession stand. Fancy! On your way into the theater, you should feel free to exchange half of your ticket for a buttercream mint. Did you forget to do this? No worries, there will be an usher waiting with the bowl of mints as the movie ends, as well. The screens are huge. The IMAX screen is HUGE! The seats are comfortable, and have plenty of space between the rows. And the theaters are beautiful to look at while you wait for your film to begin. Lovely Art Deco details bring you back to a time when going to a movie theater was a big deal. Oh, and there is food. Not just popcorn and candy, no! A full service diner downstairs, and a full service bar upstairs. (Which would be why the families are kept downstairs. I am in love with this place. I always go for the directors suite. It is well worth the asking price. Its small and intimate and the food is good. Service is awesome. People in the main theater seem to be really loud and not very respectful to others but the directors suite folks are always great people to watch a movie with. The seats in the regular theater are nice though and if I had kids or wanted to watch a movie not being shown in the directors suite, I would be fine watching it there. I visited this theater with my sister in laws when we come to town for a graduation May 21, 2016. I love love love the recliner chairs in the iMax theater. Not only do they recline but they have heated seat and footrest, and a tray for food. Also the chairs each have two armrests... No sharing armrests required. So comfortable! The only thing I didn't like was the concession stands only offered popcorn and nachos. To get anything else you have to order from the restaurant connected to the regular theater. They do allow you to take food into the theater but the wait was too long to make my movie. Wished they had hot dogs or pretzels at the concession stands. I dont know if it is just aging or if it is because it was recently purchased by Regal. But.... it seems like this theater has just started falling apart or losing its sparkle. The carpet is really fading and is bare in some parts. The "deals" dont really save you money. There is a lot of variery in having a thearer with prearranged seats, a bar, heated seats, or traditional seats, which is nice. Also i have sat upstairs for a drink before a movie like.... 6 times. My most recent was 2 days ago. And every single time, the waiter is hardly present. The drinks are good, but it is hard to get an order in. And even harder to pay. read more

This is probably the best movie theatre available in the Oklahoma City area. This and the Amc theatre at Penn square mall due to their remodeling. Moore warren has many theatre rooms with two huge rooms with balcony seating a and iMax theatre and a director suite. Balcony and director suite is 21+ I believe. I have yet to go see a movie in the director suite but I have gone to the balcony multiple time. There is about 15 pairs of seats and there is tables and the chairs recline more than the seats down in the grand stadium. The director suite is more cushier chairs from what I have heard. To get to the balcony you have to go upstairs and to go upstairs you have to be 21+. It's pretty nice to get a cocktail and some appetizer and wait for the movie rather than the business downstairs. You can even bring/order cocktails to the balcony and director suites as well. read more

This movie theatre caught me by surprise! I absolutely enjoyed my time here. When you buy your tickets you pick your seats on the screen which I absolutely loathe but it's fine. (I'm a woman so read into my "fine" as you may) My absolute favorite thing about this place is that the concessions are in front of the rope not behind. You don't have to buy your tickets first to grab some popcorn and if you have a group you can have someone wait in that line while you're in line for the tickets. Speaking of concessions, $6.99 for a large popcorn? Yes please! I've yet to find popcorn that cheap at a movie theatre that wasn't at a dollar movie place. Also, they put the butter on for you. Most places they make you do it yourself. For the theatre, it's stadium seating. In the theaters that have the directors studios they're not sloped that much so I'd recommend sitting a little further back. I'm looking forward to checking out the directors studio in the future. It's balcony seating that is apparently the best way to watch a movie. I'm worried though that once I try it I won't ever be able to watch a movie any other way again. read more

If you take away all the things movie theaters have in common: movies, teenagers working the counter, people who chew noisily, cute couples still clearly in the first blooms of love that you want to punch in the face because they're so affectionate and delightful in the way the remind you of your unending loneliness and mortality... So yeah if you take all that away, The Warren is a great spot. The theater is clean, the staff is friendly, and there's plenty of parking. Concessions are standard, and the diner and bar offer solid food and beverage choices. It gets busy so buy tickets early online. 10/10 will come cry in the back row alone again read more

I have mixed feelings about the Warren. When it first opened, it was an amazing theatre experience. The place was immaculately clean, staff prompt and courteous, and the goal was to make it feel like an "old time" theatre from the 30's/40's. Within the last year, they were purchased by Regal and it honestly has gone downhill. It's now similar to your run of the mill theatre; long lines at concession, kids who don't want to be there, dirtier floors/restrooms and even some projection issues (I've worked in a theatre, I know those happen occasionally and it's out of anyone's control, but I also know it's happening more frequently.) The ticket prices are still one of the highest prices in the OKC area (save for probably AMC, which can easily be $20 a ticket). As for the good: The IMAX is still fantastic- HUGE screen (largest in Oklahoma, save for the Omnidome) and it gives you the option for preselected seats. This was a wonderful change from the original "first come/first serve" method. Seats are as comfortable as a movie theatre can make them, and the private screening seats are even better (you can lean back!). The management is decent - the couple of times I've had issues they've responded great. Their popcorn is pretty good - I know a lot of people love the real butter over flavored oil. It isn't my favorite, but it isn't the worst. Overall, it's a movie theatre like any other. What was once a "come for the whole experience" is now just another modern movie theatre. It's still a great place to see a movie, but the cost does make me seek out places that are cheaper. read more

I don't know how the customer service was because I did not buy anything @ the stands nor did I buy the ticket, because a friend's cousin help me bought it. Overall, this is such a great and cozy theater. One of the finest I had been to. The last theater I thought was amazing was the Krikorian Theaters, but after stepping foot inside Warren, it is amazing. The balcony took my breath away just by KNOWING there's one inside! There is also a fireplace near the restrooms, but like c'mon that's still awesome. Back at my place, there is no fireplace whatsoever. I didn't get one of those big screen rooms, but the room I went into was still decent. The chair is really comfortable and the movie was in HD. It was really clear and there was a curtain. They didn't need to include it, but they did! Wow! Plus, there's a clock towards the left side and I like that because I would always want to know what time it is. The first time we sat in the normal theatre but unfortunately, had to sit in the second row because it was so crowded there were only a few seats left. The bad part-- we were there 20 min early. Tonight, we sat in the balcony and it was an absolute treat. We loved it. I'm afraid to say that I'll never want to sit in the regular theatre again. Theyve ruined the diner, the popcorn is now bags instead of tubs, the previews are 30 minutes long, and they are always out of something. Cleanliness has suffered, burned out bulbs, just general attention to detail. This place is night and day from what it was under Mr. Warren (by the way, shame on you Bill Warren, this town supported your endeavor and gave you undying loyalty, and you sold us out). A cold Sunday was certainly a perfect day for many movie goers - ourselves included. The lines were long for tickets as 2 of the self service kiosks were down. While walking into the theatre for Murder on the Orient Express, we noticed that all 4 trash cans were full. Not just to the top, but overflowing and trash stacked against the wall. I wish I had taken a picture but I'm not sure I want to have to look at it again. Once in the theatre, it was hard to tell which seats were occupied because there was so much garbage from the previous showing. Cups everywhere - I'd blame the people for not taking them and throwing them out, but after seeing how full the trash cans were- there wouldn't have been anywhere to put the garbage! So many seats had garbage and popcorn all over them that we opted for seats much closer than we would have preferred just so we didn't have to literally sit in garbage. read more

What a great place to watch a movie. The theater is always very clean and the staff is very helpful. The regular theaters have lots of room and the screening room with the reclining seats are wonderful. I have yet to see an IMAX here, but cannot wait until I can do that. This used to be my favorite theater, but it has become a mess since the Regal buyout. Wait times are up for things like concessions and the attention to detail feels like it is slipping. Bathrooms have been noticeably dirtier each visit. Staff no longer wear fancy outfits, but Regal polos. Each cinema now has loudly blaring commercials before the movie starts. The average film now has five trailers before it starts. My wife and I have timed it and typically the films start fifteen to twenty-five minutes past the times on the ticket. The only benefit of the buyout is that I can now use my MoviePass card and not feel guilty, because seriously the theater is garbage. P.s. I typed this review while waiting in line at the concessions for over fifteen minutes. (EDIT) I have since calmed down and amended my review to two stars because this is still the best theater in the OKC metro, but the problems are numerous. I had to deal with dried soda covering the table above my chair in the screening room. That was pretty gross, but I wasn't eating off of it, so whatever. I also noticed on my way in that there was spilled, stale popcorn in the hallways, something I had never seen before. I do still appreciate the option for reclining seats and assigned seat numbers, but that isn't enough to set this theater apart. read more

It's with much sadness that I write this review. When the Moore Warren first opened I quickly became spoiled by the atmosphere, decor, seats, food and carpet on the floor. When I went to my first movie at the Warren (Nim's Island yes I remember)I remember thinking oh man that carpet won't last. It did last and not only was it kept clean, an IMAX was added, then directors suites. Then they sold to Regal. So, they raise the curtain before the movie starts and show commercials for 20 minutes. The volume on these commercials is to say the least very loud. You can not have a pleasant conversation before the movie as before. When 10 cents worth of popcorn cost $7.00 I just don't think I need to see 15 commercials for Coke. Will I stopped going to the Warren? No I won't. However, I will only go to movies that have the pre-selected seat numbers. This will allow my family to walk in at the movie time to avoid the commercials. I wanted to let Regal know that the light over the diner entrance that spells R is burned out. If it's burned out a month from now I'll know that Regal doesn't care. Which I suspect they don't. The Warren is a palace compared to the typical theater. I hope it still is a year from now. read more

This was my first visit in over 5 years to this theatre. Last time I was here it was pre-Tornado 2011 damage. The upgrades and décor are very nice. It was also my first time in the Director's Suites. Most everyone was very friendly and you can tell they have been trained well. We saw a movie and the website said they were close to sold out so we only had the option of the very front row. However, there were about 10 empty chairs behind us if the 30 total. That's a lot of people that don't show up for $22 tickets!!! Or they just didn't sell those seats...hmmm. The food was much better than expected! I had heard mediocre reviews from friends, but was pleasantly surprised by the taste and flavor. Definitely get the pretzel with queso, mustard, and ranch. Just hope they bring you napkins because it is kind of buttery and you'll need to ask for some like we did so we could wipe our hands. Will I go back? Most dèinitely! read more
