My unit has no problems and had updated features when I moved in. The property is gated, has a courtesy officer who patrols regularly, and the neighbors are generally quiet. We have trash valet service that comes Sunday-Thursday and a secure mailroom to make it easy to get packages outside of office hours. The only complaint is that some pet owners do not clean up after their dogs despite the availability of dog poop bags and trash cans. The office staff is prompt about answering questions and very courteous, but a special shout out goes out to James, their head of maintenance. He always does a great job, has a positive attitude, and has set the bar high. All my maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours and always done correctly. I highly recommend this property.

I clean very meticulously and still have ants everywhere. The front office is sweet but not very helpful at all. The "security" gate is just for show most days because it's down more times than it's up. Pool is beautiful but with more people coming to rent and live here, it's clearly too small to enjoy a pool day with several other people looking to do the same with young adults drinking, smoking and twerking while kids are swimming nearby. I had a maintenance request, the maintenance man removed the problem but left a mess I left a note about the mess and no one followed up. Better to find a new home.

You may have a good view from your apartment of downtown.... but you can always go to the 19th floor community patio area with views of the ATT Center, Alamo Dome, Tower of Americas and downtown! There is an outdoor and indoor space with a large screen tv, kitchen and bathrooms. We split our time in San Antonio and Spain. We also do other traveling often. We know everything will be OK when we depart, between the front desk staff and the security. The Vidorra is an easy choice for us in this chapter of our life's.
