When they did their preventative maintenance checks and found an error in my steer tires, Paul clearly and respectfully helped me understand that concern. He was clear about costs and by the end of my service I could drive away and get back on the road with full confidence. I would absolutely take my bus/home back.

Keith from JBA Towing came and hooked up their car to tow it from the lot. I spoke with Keith on the phone, and explained that I'm the owner of the property and authorized the contract with JBA Towing. He refused to drop the car that was authorized to park in MY lot. Finally he said that if we pay him $150 in cash, he will drop the car. He did not have a way to issue a receipt for the $150 to drop the car, so we insisted he hand write out a receipt for the cash. In what world is an owner of a property required to pay a towing company NOT to tow an authorized vehicle! JBA is UNPROFESSIONAL and SHADY. All business owners - do NOT sign a contract with JBA Towing. One wonders if I was a man who owned the property if Keith would've made him pay $150 to retrieve an authorized parked car from the JBA truck.

Our van's coolant was dry even after adding a whole 3.27 liter bottle. We called AAA and scheduled a tow and received a 2 1/2 hour estimate. After waiting the 2 1/2 hours, we called to ask when they would arrive and was told they cannot provide one because no contracted companies accepted the job. I became absolutely hysterical thinking about the possibility of having to wait further especially when it got dark! I was told to call Teo's Towing and spoke with Luis who kept calm as I was hysterically crying thinking I would have to be on the freeway another few hours until he could get a driver to us. Meanwhile, my husband started the van and began backing up to the freeway on-ramp entrance, which freaked me out even more! Luis was patient with me staying on the phone about 10 minutes as my husband slowly and carefully backed us totally off! Luis was actually 60 miles away but was ready to come get us but was fine with us calling around to see if we could find a local tow truck company which we were fortunate to find.
