They showed me the problem right away and did a full careful examination to make sure that they didn't miss anything. A call to Gravert's got me a friendly response and a "no promises" that they could correct my problem. They assessed the problem and fit my issue amongst their other jobs for that morning. I have never had as good an experience with mechanics as I have at this establishment. They are professional, friendly and cheerfully corrected the damage on the bus. They pointed out and repaired items that needed work, which was quite a bit, but they did not try to run up the bill by finding things that didn't need work. I have zero complaints about their work. Gravert's has worked on my vehicle twice now on two separate issues. Both were done very quickly and the price was very reasonable. Their customer service was great too! I would and have recommended Gravert's to anyone that is in need of any repairs! By far one of the best repair shops I have ever used. I had just take my corolla there, which is my second car (daily driver), so it doesn't get as much love as my project car. I'm away at college so i have hardly any of my tools with me, and I needed some work done on the corolla. So I took my car to Gravert's Auto, and I'm new to the area so I was going blindly off other reviews, and they were awesome! I needed new tires, an oil change and I had them check my alignment as well (previous owner said they had it done, but it seemed slightly off to me). They had my car for the day and got new tires on it, fresh oil change, and told me my alignment was good! Very good customer service and everything done in a timely manner. What stands out the most is being able to take my car to a shop where they shoot me straight, seeing that they could have easily told me my alignment was off and charged me for it, since I had already convinced myself it was off. Instead, they were honest with me and told me it was good and didn't charge me! Will DEFINITELY be taking my car there for service whenever I need it. read more

This is one of the best auto service experiences I've had in my life. My wife, dog and cat were traveling cross country in a 31 foot Class C motorhome, and while at an RV park in Davenport, our slideout was being repaired and noticed one of our rear tires had lost all tread (clodding) and one was severely cupping. A blowout was imminent. Rich, the owner, happened to be camping a few sites and came by our site to see if he could help, and called his shop to see if they had 2 Firestone Transforce tires. They did, and we drove our motorhome to his shop. Rich left his campsite to personally replace the 2 tires, and within 30 minutes we were on our way. He and his staff are a class act and were highly professional. To add to this positive experience, the price for the tires and installation were extremely reasonable bordering on being inexpensive.
