I travel for work and put a lot of mileage on the car, about 4k-5k miles a month roughly, and I haven't has a single issue(knock on wood lol). I've been on top of the oil changes and keeping the maintenance up to date and it's been the perfect driver. I've had nothing but a good and friendly time since I bought a car from them. Stephanie in service is nothing but kind and helpful with all my needs for the car and I couldn't ask for anything more. They quote me cheaper than when I was shopping around on prices and are very helpful in making me understand what is going on with the car, whether it be the amount of tread left on the tires, to the amount of wear on the brake pads and rotors. If they're doing a filter change, they show me the filter coming out of my car and how disgusting they can get sometimes. The salesman John made buying it a breeze. He helped talk to the bank for me and get the deal through. All I had to do was fall in love with the car and that was easy enough! He stayed after hours, which isn't normal, just to get the deal done and me out the door with my new car. His service was above and beyond. All my questions were answered with expert answers and looking through the wide selection of cars couldn't have felt easier. They have all types of cars that rotate through their lot. Having that ability to be able to look at all different kinds of makes and models made buying so easy too. I didn't have to travel around to compare similar cars in different companies. BUYER BEWARE!! FANTASTIC BODY SHOP!! Last month in October, I was rear ended while sitting at a red light in downtown Moline. I was furious because I had just bought my new Kia K4 and it was mint. Nothing wrong with it and still under 5k miles. 4,824 to be exact sadly. I took it back to Lou Fusz who recommended Weber Auto Group and said that's who does all their body work. I called in and a guy named Jim picked up and was super easy to work with. He told me how I should go about my crash like what to send and not to send to insurance so I would get the best payout and it would completely cover the car. He had my car for less than a week and gave me the call that my car was done. I came in and the body work was exquisite. I couldn't tell where the accident had even happened it was so good. All the paint matched perfectly and the body work itself was perfect. The best part and surprise is that they cleaned my car and made it look spiffy for the pick up. The outside looked fantastic and they did a quick easy vacuum on it since it was already pretty spotless to begin with. I completely see why Lou Fusz uses Weber Auto Group for their body work. I bought a 14 Ford Focus here back in March and it has been a fantastic ride. It has been reliable and smooth with no issues. All I've had to do is routine maintenance like oil changes(which they provide for free if you finance through them) and tire rotations. Every time I stop in the staff is so friendly and helpful with everything. It's the most honest shop I've been to. They even take you back tos how you whats actually wrong with the car. I came in with poorer credit and it was so easy to buy a car. It took well under 2 hours to be in and out with my new Rex the salesman was super helpful and patient with every question I had about financing and the car. It couldn't have been an easier process and with good cars like this, this place is a hit for sure.
