This place doesn't even deserve a star from me because they have been harassing me for the past two years after I told them that I haven't seen my ex-wife for over a year and a half. Incompetent jerks working the office sent me a worthless check that I can't cash because I don't know where my ex-wife is, or if she is even alive, and then they keep telling me that the f'n check hasn't been cashed. I'm won if I can file a complaint against the company for harassment. If anyone knows, please let me know because I am getting very p'd off. read more

I lived here for a year. Loved my specific apartment and the pool, when it was open. The office staff is unprofessional, and they LIE. Raquel will tell you exactly what she thinks you want to hear and will never follow through with what she says. Do not trust a word that comes out of her mouth. There is no outdoor storage space, which they will not disclose until AFTER you sign the lease. There is absolutely no parking anywhere and the garbage cans are overflowing and filthy 6/7 days of the week. Our apartment was dirty upon move in, had a broken toilet and 2 broken closet doors. Did they even do an inspection before we moved in?!? They do not have anyone clean the property so there is constantly trash everywhere, even right in front of your door! You will have to call multiple times to get VOMIT cleaned up from the breezeway and if you intend to use any of the grassy area you pay to use, including the "dog park" think again! There is more dog poop on that property than there are parking spaces. I tried so hard to love this complex and was disappointed over and over again. Due to the office staff and filthy property alone, I would not recommend living here to anyone. read more

I have lived here for over 3 years and it is a decent place to live. The rent has went up the past couple of years but not their fault! The pool just opened for the summer so that is going to be a lot of fun! Maintenance is very prompt when something happens. It is a smoke free community I like that. Regency park is a quiet neighborhood, which is what I like. The staff are really friendly and make it a point to say hi to me whenever we see each other. They come up with reasons to have get togethers and make sure to send Invites with plenty of time to plan. Great place to call home. read more

Recently came under new management (previously still owned by the developer). Rent got a big hike, but it was used to repaint all the buildings and resurface the parking lot. There are 8 buildings, each with their own character/mix of renters. Building 1 is small, quiet, and friendly. The most annoying thing has nothing to do with Regency Park but rather with Vintner Square next door; the early AM deliveries slam things around noisily with no respect for people trying to sleep 100 feet away. read more

Loud. Loud traffic, loud doors, loud neighbors. People park wherever they want, even "no parking" zones 2 feet outside my window. The gym equipment hasn't been fixed or replaced since I moved in. Good luck accessing free wifi. Glad I only started with a 3 month lease and it's almost up. read more

Worst apt we've lived in! Noisy, both traffic & apt doors and ceilings/floors. Expensive, & raised rent $375/month at end of lease (now offering "$900 off first months rent" to try & get some tenants). NO PARKING!!! They built extra apt buildings instead of allowing parking spots for oh.... Moving in/out, grocery unloading, a 2nd car, maintenance vehicle, etc. Dog poop in yards, which you have to walk thru to get to your car parked in the Street...cuz there's no Parking onsite, remember ..,You have been warned!! I can now add that it has been over 3 MONTHS since we moved out, and have not yet heard ANYTHING about what happened to our deposit. Again, you have been warned. read more

I'm going to give you the best advice. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Free wifi? Doesn't work. And it's actually $15 added to your rent. You can't ever connect. Need work done in your apartment? Maybe a screen for your window that you mentioned the day you moved in? Well you'll never get it. The office is so unorganized and likes to blame you for their mistakes. We've been here for almost a year and I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF THIS PLACE!!! The apartment is nice. But EXTREMELY over priced. And the office ladies like to send out notices to charge you for things that are not your problem. They added up our rent wrong and forgot to add in our parking fee. 100% their fault. And now they want to charge us a huge bill because of all the months we've been parking there. they will mess up. And you will pay the price. It's unfair. And unprofessional. These apartments are pretty nice on the inside, but there are some big drawbacks. -parking is terrible, not enough space -the HVAC units are extremely loud, and they're right by where you want to put your sofa -pigeons wake us up every morning and management has not done anything after weeks of pleading Overall, I like the interior. Nice high ceilings and granite countertops but the other problems are very annoying. For what we're paying, management should be more responsive. read more

I came down to visit some family in the Tri-Cities of Washington State. Upon arriving at their Apartments after a long and arduous Journey we decided that we would relax our aching bones and our tired muscles by taking a dip in the hot tub. After driving across the apartment complex to get to the hot tub we found parking and proceeded to make our way to the hot tub. Much to our Delight there was no one in the hot tub it we had it all to ourselves. Eager and excited we laid down our towels and our belongings on the chairs next to the hot tub, and proceeded to saunter over to the Glorious pool of relaxing water. Upon entering the hot tub we were both enveloped in something we couldn't even describe. The reason we couldn't describe it is cuz we were absolutely speechless at why a lukewarm body of water would ever be referred to as a hot tub or even a tub for that matter. I would like to extend fair warning to all other weary Travelers tired from the road, aching, sore, and relieved to be at their destination, to please don't use the hot tub it will only frustrate you and make you angry. There's also the chance of things like pneumonia which inevitably leads to broken hips and Hospital death. Good day read more

Our daughter lived at Regency Park Apartments in Richland Wa for a year and we always loved spending time there. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the events in the community and can provide information about the surrounding schools. The clubhouse is a great place to gather for parties! I have never had a better living experience! Maintenance and staff know pretty much everyone by name. I've lived here for 2 years and on the 2 occasions that I've ever had to call maintenance... They fixed the issue that same day (even on a weekend!) While its a little more expensive than other places around... Totally worth it based on the quality and location convenience. I love Regency Park! First off let me start by saying. Who doesn't love Free WIFI. I work a lot from home and being able to access wifi is a must for me. The clubhouse is spacious and I have held several meetings there. Along with birthday parties and events. Not to mention the staff goes above and beyond to show us they care. They put on resident functions and give away fun prizes. Their Halloween party is my favorite event the costume contest winner wins free rent. Who doesn't love that. Parking is tight however, I just reserved a parking spot and haven't had any problems. Well worth the money. The pool is 24 hours and I love being able to have a BBQ with my family in the summer. The pool is always full and maintenance does a great job keeping it clean. I don't really submit too many work orders, but when I do Tony gets them done the same day. He is always willing to help out when I do have a request. The office staff has always heard my concerns and even offered to deliver my package for me when I wasn't able to pick it up. The apartments themselves are amazing, the granite counters and hardwood floors had me sold. My favorite floor plan is the double master. It is very spacious and has lots of room for my home office and enough space for a dinging room table. IF you are looking for a great place to live. Check out Regency Park!
