The space is spacious, well decorated, and fully equipped for all of your needs (i.e., dj equipment, projector and etc). The manager, Ms. Dee, was lovely. I truly do not know where to start. When you ask for a quote they respond super fast. They're super patient. I'm a pregnant lady with full on pregnancy brain. I asked them the dumbest questions over and over. Jonathan was my person of contact. He was amazing. You can't beat the price. For a four hour afternoon party with unlimited non alcoholic beverages we paid $1200 I think. I honestly can't remember. All of our guests loved the hall. We had close to 100 ppl and no one was on top of each other. It's absolutely beautiful. And it's big. We did the decorating ourselves but I believe they give you the option to decorate for you. Please do not waste your time or money by going anywhere else. Regency is amazing. They make you feel like family from the first interaction. I went here for my sister's baby shower. The outside doesn't prepare you for what's inside at all. With the right decor, this space was transformed into something special. The space was a bit tight, but it was comfortable enough to move around in without bumping into each other. The place for the food was located in the back. With the amount of people there, the line was very compact. So of course there had to be a system or else no one would've been able to move. I believe there were about 10-12 round tables used and every one of them were full. The restroom was in descent condition and big enough for me to bring my daughter in there and still maneuver around comfortably. After some foot traffic, it began to lose some of its appeal, but not by much. I'm not sure how much was spent to acquire this space, but if you're having a baby shower and need a space, this place can accommodate you and your guests. read more

Realized as I entered the parking lot that this was ONCE an medical center., really impressed with the new owner of this property. As you enter. the decor and ambience is very elegant, soft and the lighting adds a beautiful touch., towards a room with elegant white walls and curtain draping from the celings. I have nothing bad to say about this venue. Bobby was extremely helpful and always available when we needed to get in contact with him. Our babyshower had to be rescheduled last minute and he was very accommodating for us. The venue itself is beautiful and needs little to no extra decorations. I spent a lot of time looking for the best venue without breaking the bank and I think we really lucked out finding this place. Our event was about 90/100 people and with a small fee we added on unlimited non alcoholic drinks, a bartender, and linens for tables and chairs. With all that we still feel we got an amazing price. The staff that was there (bartender, security) were both very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend looking into this venue for your next event. All of our guests complimented us on the place and even asked for contact info to possibly schedule an event here. My husband and I will definitely use this venue again. read more

April 16th 2016 I had my 40th birthday party. Bobby is amazing owner and very good hearted man. He'll work with you, treat you like family. The whole staff was wonderful. Bartender that night she did a great job. This Venue is great if you're having less than 120 ppl and location convenience. Love how the venue comes with tables, white linens on tables and chairs, cleaning crew. Bobby does have event planner so you have a choice to choose his (which I heard she was fabulous). However, I learned too late do I had hired my own. My event planner couldn't have done it better too. BOOK THIS HALL YOU NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Love you Bobby!! Love this rental space. My family has used them twice already for family parties. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The space is mid sized but perfect for a party of 100 people seated comfortably. The hall is clean and has plenty of small details that will definitely enhance your party and give you the most bang for your buck! Plus there's parking. I had the pleasure of having my 30th birthday party at Regency on Saturday April 2nd, 2016. This definitely isn't the first event I had at Regency. In September of 2014 I threw a graduation party for my Mom and it was a hit! Just like at our party in 2014, my 30th birthday was everything I imagined and soo much more. I met with Bobby bright an early on a Saturday morning in January and booked the space for the date I needed. He worked with me to put together a list of all of the items I would need for the event as well as what he would take care of for the event. A few days before the event Bobby called me and we ran through all of the items on the list. He made tons of great suggestions. The morning of my party he called and gave me ample time to set up. When we arrived the hall was bright, clean, and ready for decorating. His staff even helped with setting up the decorations. What should have taken 2-3 hours took less than 90 minutes. All of my guests have raved about how helpful, kind, and hands on the staff at Regency was. The customer service we received from Bobby and his staff at Regency exceeded our expectations. They made us feel like family rather than customers. Bobby and Regency Party Hall are truly the best in the business and they provide only top notch service from beginning to end. Threw a hugeeee first birthday for my daughter! Bobby is amazing! Very friendly, helpful and easy-going. The venue is clean, already comes with things like table cloths, chair covers, even a really nice backdrop that you can either add on to or remove! If you happen to forget anything, Bobby does not hesitate to look around his office to see if he has anything extra and lends it out with no problem, no questions asked! (We forgot serving spoons last minute & he totally had spares!) he has a bartender & security guard who're also super friendly!!! Anything asked of them also, no questions asked always here to help. Talk about service! I've had multiple friends have events at this hall (including a baby's first birthday last week) and both have been a pleasure to attend. The space is cozy yet large enough to fit just the right amount of people. Visited this venue for a wedding shower and it was very nice. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and overall a great experience. The inside allows for creativity since it's mostly a blank canvas. The outside could use some more lights and more parking but it's I would recommend this place for any event.
