I was pleased with the results and continued to add more areas. The nurses there are really patient, professional and attentive. I was also one the first people to get cool sculpting here. I didn't like the process- but that's reflective of the cool sculpting process not ideal image. During the whole process I was continually monitored and checked on. If I needed something and the nurse wasn't there, she was only a button click away. They give you a call button to push. Quite frankly, I was glad for the personal time and space during the process rather than being baby sat. My results were adequate to good. No worse than explained or promised. I was really impressed with the facilities when I arrived and as I waited in the waiting room. That being said, the consultation was beyond unprofessional. When I explained to the manager that I had a groupon, he was clearly annoyed and argued about the specific terms. Then he proceeded to pressure me into purchasing more services even after I politely declined. I understand up-selling as a sales strategy, but I was mortified at how aggressive he became with me. At one point an associate knocked on the door and informed us that another appointment was there for him; after closing the door behind her, he turned back to me, standing at the door with his arms crossed, and threatened that if I walk out of the office without purchasing the additional services, the deal would immediately be off the table.
