I honestly have gotten better pedicures at smaller nail places like the one in Settler's Ridge and off University Blvd. near Tropical Smoothie Cafe. For $90, I was looking for wars to an extended foot massage and massage chairs, both of which did not happen. You have to climb up onto the chairs and it's incredibly awkward. They do not have a lot of options when it comes to color, and not the usual OPI, Essie, etc. Overall, it gets 2 stars because my nail tech was nice enough, but not incredibly friendly. It smelled good and they had fun piano versions of pop songs playing. For $40 plus tip, it wasn't worth it. I won't be going back and will stick to the places I mentioned above!

I trust Kate and her she explained each process thoroughly and in ways that clients can understand. She helped me to understand where we were starting and how long and what it will take to achieve that finish line. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and is very helpful. She's an asset to this center and I have to believe everyone working there knows this. I can honestly say that I gave this center a trial run, but became a client in under an hour. Finally, the manicure was okay, but the polish chipped in less than one day--for a gel manicure. I also was surprised that I couldn't use the gift card for tip either. They take your coat and lead you upstairs to a room with a warm table. They do a skin evaluation, check for allergies, then begin the process. I was so relaxed! It was a great experience and I'm excited to go back. My skin is really soft which is a treat in this polar vortex. The only thing to be wary of is the steps- not sure if they have an elevator inside or not, but they're otherwise steep farmhouse steps.

At first I was anxious that if I accidentally opened my eyes they would burn but once I relaxed it was really nice. The studio itself was really nice, had to walk up a set of stairs to get to her space. She was waiting for me when I arrived and everything was really safe for COVID-19 including touch less payment.
