But in the last 8 months, I have noticed a drastic change in the way they treat their patients. After doing everything they have asked me to do over the past 2 years previous to this one, all the sudden now I have issues. It makes 0 sense tbh. What I see now is they no longer really communicate with you but rather demand that you have Xrays and come back more often. I just showed my most recent x-rays to a new random dentist that I had never been to from this dental office. Then I went and got a third opinion and both of the new dental offices said the same thing after reviewing the x-rays and taking a look at my teeth. What they see are coffee stains and no cavities whatsoever. I was told to come back for 3 different fillings at this place as I had " 3 small cavities". But 3 years ago when I started here I had a few issues ( 4 fillings ) and they did it all in one visit in like 1.5 hours. When I asked this last time why 3 visits they told me "it would take to long" to which I replied how come? And was told that is just how they do things. To make matters worse they purchased a special toothpaste for me without my consent and tried to charge me $20 + for what looked like sample tube that they give you after every cleaning. My advice is to stay clear of the dental office at this place. They are just trying to bill your insurance and make as much off of you as they can.

My daughter had been horribly ill for over a week and tried to get in to see a Doctor…read more They would only give her a phone consultation and prescribed antibiotics over the phone. She took the course of antibiotics and shortly after finishing she was ill again. This time they gave her an in person visit. They took labs and sent her home and told her they would need an additional sample. They said they would get back to her as soon as they had results. After another week they called on a Saturday and told her that she had a bacterial infection from food poisoning and then they prescribed more antibiotics. Within a few days she received another call telling her that she did not have food poisoning but that she had C.diff, extremely contagious and potentially lethal. This clinic is extremely irresponsible. I wouldn't sent anyone there under any circumstance. In January all of the Allina Doctors that practiced there left after a contractual dispute. The clinic did not notify ANY patients, they would simply say there Doctor was no longer at that clinic. IRRESPONSIBLE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!

Besides the awesome bathrooms with neato tiles, they have huge hallways, non-80s art, and some sweet medical-techno gadgets on site. The nurses, doctors, midwives, and especially the front desk ladies are crazy nice and don't seem to be rushing me along as usual HMO providers could. Dr. Van Dyck was very rushed, giggled maniacally when he shared with me he is an introvert and only drinks his tea at home (I'm thinking to myself: "Good. Because if you had caffeine you would be a complete freak"). Like I should care? WHY are you wasting MY precious 20 minutes of time -- that you keep reminding me we are running out of whenever I ask you for your advice about something -- shooting the breeze with me and sharing all this info about yourself as if I would care? Why are you telling me about your wife? And your kids? You are the caregiver, I am the patient. My precious 20 minutes is about my health, not your personal life. Both he and his assistant Emily snickered any time they mentioned me having a very unpleasant but highly recommended diagnostic exam done -- which I thought was really unprofessional. I finally had to ask "Why are you both snickering when you say this? How is telling me I should have it done funny?" You're supposedly educated health care professionals, not 12-year-olds. It makes me extremely uneasy that the people I am putting in charge of my health care and medical records are snickering about any health-related issues I may have. Unless of course, these are not health care professionals, but health care CLOWNS. What else are they snickering about? Are they snickering about you and your health too? In his anxiety-fueled haste, the Dr. glossed over a pretty serious acute and excruciatingly painful issue I'm having because, as he blamed the insurance, "It was not in line with what is done in a checkup as insurance defines it" -- so I am going to have to end up going to the emergency room, which is then going to cost the insurance company a lot more to cover. He even did "examine" a body part related to what I have going on, but it took a visit to my chiropractor to notice that I had a tremendous amount of inflammation around my ear and lymph nodes. How could this Dr actually have even looked at the area after I told him I was in excruciating pain and not seen anything, when my chiropractor noticed right away? I felt the clinic was overall not good for anything except referrals. They were on time and everything moved along quickly, but it was really sloppy & unprofessional. And I think this Dr. needs to work on his own mindfulness and stress management skills. I've been to plenty of other medical professionals and no, they don't all act like this. If you know you are giving inferior care and you're going to use the excuse that the system won't let you give the quality of care you want to, then put some energy into changing the frickin' system, you fool. Or go into another profession because -- and I don't care what medical school you went to -- you are clearly not good at, nor passionate, about being a physician. The most I will use this doctor for is to get referrals to someone who can actually do something.

She always made sure to leave out extra wintergreen mints for me. It's a super nice office. Front desk staff made sure I saw every single available dr incase something happened and I needed to see one of the other Dr's when I went into labor. I thought that was really sweet. They wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable with all the staff. I never had a "smear" before and Raidun was spoon gentle and coaxed me into trusting her and we clicked really well. I couldn't think of any better team than adefris! The level of care I received from the time I found out I was pregnant to the time it came for my emergency c section, I couldn't of had a better experience from Dr. Boeke and Dr. Crepeau. Dr. Boeke was so sweet from every prenatal visit to the final visit of my induction. He wanted to be the one to deliver my son and it so happened to work out that way. When it was time for the dr to come in during labor he grabbed my leg and rubbed it, just reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. And I couldn't thank him enough for that, especially as a first time mom. When it came to my last visit, I actually had tears in my eyes that I wouldn't be seeing him anymore. I had never met such an understanding and compassionate Dr before. I was on a specific medication and they worked with me talking to my prescribing clinic when I was having issues with them upping my dose due to my pregnancy. He always reassured me I was doing just fine and that I'd be a good mother and I really appreciated all the talks he, I and my husband had from start to finish. Needless to say if I have more, I'll be seeing these guys. I love them so much. They're an amazing woman's clinic.

I left a message right around 4pm on a Friday, received a call same day asking me to come in on Monday for labs. Fast forward 3+ months later and I'm still seeing those docs as i'm currently pregnant. I've had several appointments here for lab work, doc visits and ultra sounds. I never have had to wait long in the waiting room or to be seen by a doc. They run a pretty smooth ship. I have had one appointment mix up that the office apologized for, however beyond that I have had no issues. The docs are WONDERFUL! I have seen 2 in the practice and spoke to a 3rd that was on call and have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone in this office. I would highly recommend this practice.

We had had an amazing experience in the past with Complex Care for my youngest child before she…read morepassed. When we went in for my son we tried a new doctor. She told us she could handle my son's conditions even though they were complex. We were also supposed to be part of a pilot program. We were able to get help one time when he was ill, but other than that we were ghosted. When I asked for more support the provider was concerned because he was "complex". She claimed not to understand his conditions. What happened was she was giving incorrect information to his providers and probably confusing him with another patient. I asked to be transferred to another doctor in the department since my son was enjoying working with them. My son was discriminated against and not offered that option. His voice was not heard in his own health care needs. The provider was rude and told us he was "too complex" for complex care. She was quick to push us out of the system into another system against my son's wishes. I once again asked to see another doctor as all my "complex child" needs is a handicapped parking pass, someone for me to troubleshoot with, and to email doctors and a check in every six months. Which at the end of the day isn't asking a lot of this doctors and nurses in complex care. I am concerned we were pushed out due to the fact that we are a neurodiverse family and the provider didn't seem to be able to understand how to relate to us. My son is crushed. He is not really interested in the new provider and his trust in Gillette looking out for him is shattered. I attempted to reach out and explain again for him, but received a certified letter that bordered on being openly hostile to our family and disrespectful to people of diverse disability and ethnic backgrounds. I did not show him the letter. I don't know how to explain to him that he has been abandoned and that the only thing complex care knew how to do was bill our insurance. I wish the provider would have been honest from the beginning about not being able to handle my son's needs. It's OK to say "I don't know". She did attempt to get him palliative care services and we do appreciate that. We also will miss the nurse we had there as well. I do wish that Gillette would be more transparent with what they can do so people like my child don't get burned.
