I began peeling on the third day, but the peeling was very minimal. In fact, I've had superficial peels in the past that produced stronger results. I was advised that if I had chemical peels before, I might not peel at all or only peel lightly. For context, my last chemical peel was in February of this year, and since then I've avoided active ingredients, using only a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. Once the minimal peeling subsided (mainly on my chin, slightly on my cheeks, and none on my forehead), I noticed no glow, and my hyperpigmentation remained. In fact, my forehead appeared darker. The peel literally did nothing for my skin except worsen some areas. This peel was NOT worth my money, let alone $1,600!! I'm sure the clinic would argue that I need to use the take-home kit for at least a month to see results. If that's the case, it would be far more cost-effective to see a dermatologist for a prescription skin-brightening cream or simply visit Sephora. I would like to add that the esthetician, Erica, was wonderful. This review is not a reflection of her work but rather of the product itself and the price charged for something that produced no results/making skin condition worse. I would also like to add that I broke out and was excessively red, even red a week after, so I had to stop using the take-home products. I do not recommend!

I had done extensive research over the years on tummy tucks and had consulted with a few other surgeons previously... but not one came close to making me feel 100% comfortable as she did. Dr. Sato is real and transparent; beautifully blunt, as I like to call it. She probes you to ask questions and gives you answers questions you didn't even know you had. When she says "Ok, what else..." you know that she wants to give you all of the knowledge you need or desire before surgery. I respected that immensely then and throughout these first 6 weeks of recovery. Her bedside manner is outstanding and her nursing staff is incredible (special kudos to Savannah at My Houston Surgeons). If I email her directly or text a question during recovery, she answers almost immediately. This is so important during recovery for support and ease of mind, especially the first two weeks. Dr. Sato has been very accurate in the projected recovery timeline, as you go through the many phases. She's always there to reassure you that bloating is normal, or to address any concern with scar healing/medications. I had lost over 70lbs over the years and wanted to be able to see my hard work, but could not with the extra skin I had. I lift and workout 6 days a week for YEARS, with a coach... I had tried CoolSculpting earlier this year with minimal results, because you cannot remove skin. Dr. Sato made it possible for me to have my "dream body" that I've worked for 12 years for, and for that, I will be forever grateful. What I had done: Full tummy tuck, liposuction to the upper and lower abs and mons with fat grafting to my boobs (230CCs each). I believe 15 sq in of skin was removed. Being a content creator, the inability to make videos was challenging. The most frustrating aspect is that I paid a significant amount, only to be told no refunds are offered, but I could receive 25% off other services. This treatment of clients is unacceptable. I have numerous photos showing no change except for the bruising. I strongly advise against choosing this place. Look for a facility that prioritizes proper client care. I did 5 total consults but I started with Dr. Cain Linville, near the beginning of the Stay at home order, so my consult was virtual. *embarrassing* He came highly recommended by 2 friends. Then I had a chat with a girlfriend who had a full makeover through another office, she said in retrospect her only regret was not getting other consults. I went and had 4 additional consults, some virtual and some in office but all FREE. From day one, when Kat was in on my virtual visit, she has been in constant contact with me. She was aware I was scoping out the competition and was not in the slightest resentful. Even when I was taking her own time with my additional questions after the fact. I made a last minute request from wanting to do this procedure in December to STAT. Kat made miracles happen as everyone was telling me they were booked until the end of June. Dr. Linville worked his own miracles on my body. He took his time with me on our virtual visit, on our in office pre-op visit, plus the time right before surgery marking me up, and answering any last minute questions I might have. I am ecstatic with my results and I still have a few more weeks of swelling. Post-op I have had great care, two additional visits to his office. Insurance is difficult to deal with because of mixed cosmetic (not covered by insurance) and deviated septum (covered by insurance). Make sure you understand what your being billed for and what is in network and not. Still dealing with this 9 month after surgery.

I have had prior sinus surgery before, this felt different. Prior to surgery, he went through the whole procedure with me. My follow up he told me that when he went in everything looked better than he thought and he didn't have much to fix. That would have been fine, but my breathing issues never got better. I can prove it, but I believe he was running late and did nothing and if he did anything, it did nothing to fix my issues. One star is too high a rating for this guy.

Following my procedure, my doctor and I discussed that some areas would need a minor correction. However, because I live out of the country, I wasn't able to do it immediately. When I was finally able to return to the practice, I was informed that my original doctor had left. I was told that the practice's founder would be taking over her patients, so I scheduled a consultation with him. He agreed that the areas my previous doctor and I discussed did, in fact, need to be corrected. Unfortunately, the estimate I received was for the full price of a brand-new procedure, not for a corrective one. When I questioned this, I was told that the only way for the procedure to be treated as a correction was to find my original doctor and have her perform it. After spending so much money on the initial procedure, I expected the practice to stand behind their work and make these corrections. I understand that I may have to pay something, which my original doctor and I had discussed, but having a patient pay twice to get the outcome that should have been achieved with one procedure is wrong. The way this whole situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this practice. My advice to anyone considering a procedure is to be very clear about how corrective procedures are handled, not just by the doctor, but by the office, before you commit to a practice. Everyone is willing to take your money but when unexpected things happen, it's very few that do the right thing
