I had a great experience receiving yoga instruction from Clare! I have been practicing hatha yoga…read moreon and off for about 15 years, but had really fallen out of practice. My sweetheart - who had very little yoga experience - and I wanted to experience partner yoga so we booked for a private session. Clare showed up on time and was very warm and personable. We were a little nervous going in, but soon were having fun. The instruction was easy to follow and Clare was very patient with us even when we felt discouraged by the more challenging poses. I have some physical limitations and Clare was able to smoothly work with my body. We even got to do some fun acro yoga! I felt very comfortable with Clare and it was a fun, bonding experience for my sweetheart and me.
