He helped guide me through the most difficult time of my life thus far (divorce) & has continued to be an excellent resource in helping me flourish as a happy, healthy person. He is a great listener who frequently sends you home with worksheets to further process & work through what we're working on. He also has good recommendations for books. Sessions & "homework" with him were very productive - rather than just feeling like I went there to simply talk. His approach is positive, but realistic & challenging. His style is a balanced mix of traditional + new-agey, which was just the right combo for me. He has a great spirit & uplifting energy. He advertises his practice as " Counseling and Guidance for Men...and the Women who love them." So guys, he may be they guy for you & ladies, I can verify that he works well with women. I never thought I'd see a male therapist (not sure why not) but he's been super. My kiddo needed services from Resolve after being referred by her former therapist. This review is…read morenot a reflection of the other metro locations and solely based on this location alone. We used Resolve from January 2023- up until around late last summer. Location: 5/10 The location is ideal, but can be far for folks that live further south. Sadly, it was inconvenient for us. Telehealth is available, but keep this in mind for evening appointments when are battling rush hour and peak travel times. Availability: 2/10 The LSCW we were paired had limited availability. She booked clients back to back, with little breaks in between. This made it difficult to schedule anything with her. Her latest appointment was 8pm; which worked for us briefly, but it quickly led to her burnout and emotional unavailability to my child. It was also pretty difficult to get ahold of her. Initially, I had to reach out to the front desk/admin to relay a message or schedule an appointment. I finally requested her direct email to reach out, which slightly improved communication. Vibe Check: 2/10 The office itself is nice, but the vibe was way off to me. The decor reminds me of a dentist office in the late 70's, early 80s and smelled like the plastic bib they place over you before starting a cleaning. It just did not feel very welcoming or inviting to me. I always felt awkward being in the waiting room. I know it is not easy having your child go to therapy, but nobody looked happy to be there. It was the ultimate doom and gloom. Nap time: 0/10 During my child's sessions, the therapist would wrap themselves in a blanket and doze off. This was no surprise to me, as she scheduled her last appointment at 8pm. Eventually, she started cutting back her hours to be done around 5, but at that point, burnout had set in and the damage to my kid had been done. This is beyond unprofessional. Improper Termination: 1/10 I really do not think termination was properly done with my kiddo in a way that provided closure. Luckily, we were able to find services with another therapist, but there was just lack of communication and closure at the end of our time with her. Again, this is due to burnout, which is common with therapists that book the way she did. Overall: 2/10 I cannot recommend this Resolve location to anyone I love and care about. I honestly believe there is not great management at this location because I observed burnout and the therapists did not seem happy to be there. There are better options in the city for therapy services for your kiddo. (KC PCIT)

Because One Stop Decorating had done work for me before, I had them return to provide Hunter…read moreDouglas shades for eight bay windows. After the sales rep measured them, he quoted me a price and demanded full payment up front before work could begin. They installed a product that is so horrendously ill-fitting, the shades, (which are beautifully made) are unfortunately rendered useless. The headrails are oversized and are jammed together, and the shades protrude so far out from the windows they barely filter out sunlight and provide little privacy. The contract I signed with them stated the light gaps between shades could be up to 1". OSD assured me that only a sliver of light would actually be seen due to the wood frames. The light gaps from their installed shades are at least 2" apart. OSD explained this was the best they could do; no other Hunter Douglas shades could work, and not to contact them as they wouldn't care. After numerous attempts to resolve these issues, my calls were not returned and no effort was made to address the problems or refund my money. I did contact Hunter Douglas execs, who did care, and were dismayed. They also attempted to get OSD to resolve the issues, and they referred me to another local Hunter Douglas distributor, who has been terrific. In fact, even the sample shades they brought me fit far better than what OSD installed. Because of OSD's poor workmanship and refusal to rectify the situation, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

It is located deep within in a limestone-cave warehouse off of Independence Avenue, but I was given excellent directions and had no problem finding it. I was greeted by a friendly staffer who helped me haul in my boxes and tubs of documents. The price was very fair and less than I was expecting to pay. Deposing of these documents in a safe and secure way took a big load off my mind.

Unfortunately, the first job was not what I wanted, but they didn't find fault with me and continued to place me on a regular basis for 2-3 days at a time. Steve even emails me in the morning before he gets to the office to let me know he is on the lookout for me. They coordinate well between offices and I just got a call from Angela who is placing me in a position for 2 weeks with the possibility of full-time, permanent placement. I have tried to coordinate with other agencies, but they are unresponsive and take way too much time to contact me when they do reach out to me. Pro Staff recruiters are professional, timely, and good, kind people. I highly recommend this group!
