It's been a while since I've returned to reginos. We were in need of a quite dinner option so settled on pizza. Parking in the plaza is pretty good, never had an issue finding space. The pizzas were ready by the time we got there was all packaged which was nice. Service was quick and polite, they do seem quite busy. The pizza dough is pretty good. Not too thick nor thin, has a decent crust yet also some chew to it. Topping quantity is average to maybe a tad under. The quality of toppings are not bad. Regino's was always around the corner from my house but I never tried it until recently due to a friends recommendation. We opted for the combo deals where we got two medium pizzas (three toppings each), 10 wings, garlic bread and 6 cans of pop. We opted for the thin crust on the pizza and it didn't disappoint. The pizza tasted amazing and had a good amount of toppings to cheese ratio. I like the fact that they use purple onions which makes the pizza that much more flavourful. I also like the fact that their pizza isn't too salty. Often times, I find that pizza with all meat toppings would be super salty resulting in lots of water drinking afterwards. The wings were delicious juicy and very meaty. The honey garlic sauce that coated the wings was also really good. We dipped the pizza in the honey garlic sauces and it elevated the pizza taste even further. My only thought is, this meal we ordered was for 6 people (since there are 6 drinks) but I think it would be more suitable for 4 average eaters or 6 small eaters. Either way for $40 this is a pretty good deal considering the amount of food you get. read more

Hole in the wall pizza joint with only one worker who manically runs the cash register then runs back to make the food. Compared to the branch near Finch and Brimley, this branch is more generous with their cheese and the crust is not dry. They are both, however, generous with their delicious toppings and are reasonably priced with daily and walk in specials (see pics and tips). Tried their buffalo crispy (it wasn't crispy) wings tossed in bbq sauce with a side of their suicide sauce for hubby. Wings were meaty and the flavor combination was delicious. Suicide sauce was hot but if you're Jamaican/Thai/Sri Lankan then it's not that hot. Solid place to get decent fast food pizza. Food okay. But everything else is absolutely disappointing!! Customer service is just sad. There is nobody at the front desk. People in the kitchen have long hair and no head cover. People who ordered earlier were waiting because the chef just started making their meal, even though they had ordered half an hour ago. The people are lost. Its been years I didn't go to this place because if their bad service. I was a regular customer they made me a pizza which was drenched in water from jalapeños. Bread was all soggy couldn't even hold it in hand. The owner was so rude he kept denying thats how our pizzas are their is nothing wrong wid it. I think this is one of the smaller chains that gives some other chains in similar capacity a run for their money. I work for a corporate that usually orders from here and the first time I had their pizza I was like "woah thats different". So I went again and again and again. I think over the years I have grown to enjoy what they serve but I my personal favourite here is their veggie pizza. Oddly enough when being served the veggie pizza the amount of veggie you get is quite a bit considering how you remotely dont gt enough quality when order chicken or beef pizza. But thats a bigger problem with pizza places. Until then try delicious pizza and don't expect too much service until perhaps some day they have enough chains or care enough about expanding. read more

Ordered pizza on Friday night approx 5:30 from Finch and Pharmacy. Used home phone number and asked for last order plus pineapple. Picked up pizza with a receipt that indicated there was pineapple. There was none on pizza. Was busy evening and only got a chance to call at 9:00 about missing topping. All I wanted was a credit for the missing topping on the next pizza I ordered. Person who answered phone gave us a 20 minute run-around about how they didn't see pineapple on the order, that we didn't call back soon enough, and basically that they didn't believe us. We have both the receipt and a quarter the pizza as proof. Incredibly Lousy customer service. Blaming the customer and accusing them of lying is inappropriate. In the end it makes us question why we should ever be customers. Cannot believe going through all this trouble for just a stupid $1.90 topping. read more

Food is very good, but delivery is a joke. Four times I have ordered from there, and EVERY time there is an issue with delivery, not with the address, they just can't seem to make the delivery in less than 90 minutes! Talking to the manager is useless, as he plays games on the phone, talking to head office is useless because they couldn't care less. So my family and I have been loyal customers of Reginos Pizza for years- we would buy their walk in special at least once a month, usually more than that. But never again. The absolutely horrendous customer service we received tonight ensured that I will NEVER order from them again. Simply put, we ordered a mega with 2 sauces on the side. They confirmed the order over the phone and charged us accordingly. BUT when we opened the pizza box at home we realized that they forgot the sauce. Not a big deal, after all it was just $1.50. However, the way we were treated when we called to inform them of their mistake was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. The guy on the phone was ridiculously rude. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! He raised his voice and essentially accused us of lying all teh while claiming that our order wasn't even in the system which was an outright lie! (how coudl it not be if we got the pizza we had ordered) Honestly, only came here because it was close and of decent quality for a relatively cheap price, but I can't in good conscious support an establishment that so obviously doesn't give a sh*t about their customers. Hopefully the manager reads this and acts before he loses more customers... lost loyal customers over $1.50 sauce... save yourself the grief and go to PIzza Pizza or something- at least there you'll get professional, polite staff. read more

By far the worst customer service i have ever received! They gave me the run around when i gave them my address for delivery. Each location kept telling me to call the next. Finally after the 3rd location i called , one agent told me to call back the pharmacy location as they are the ones that deliver to my area, and he admitted that "they are probably a little lazy and tired" and that they may not have been trying to avoid a delivery. That should have been my first sign to give up and just call pizza pizza, but i ended up calling back the pharmacy location. They finally agreed to take my order, and he told me it may take about 45 mins as i don't live that far. An hour and a half went by before calling them to check on my order. I called them to see if maybe something happend to the driver, the same man that kept telling me to call different locations answered, and told me the reason why my ordered was not delivered is because the debit machine is broken and that they cannot come anymore unless I have cash. I told him I do not have cash as i have clearly stated to begin with that i only have debit or credit, And if that was the case then why was I not notified sooner, he quickly replied "Its really busy and i just came back from a delivery." and hung up on me. i tried calling back thinking maybe the phone got disconnected, but the phone kept ringing until it disconnected. it has been 5 hours and no one has called me back with any explaination or apology. I am very shocked these people are even in business. They need to fire that entire staff and rehire honest and curteous people that have work ethic. This interaction with this rude and incompetant agent has completly ruined my evening. I could honestly say that I will never know what Reginos pizza is like because I will never call that place again. If anyone who has any kind of care or any type of authority at Reginos pizza comes across this review.
