This place is so unorganized! I made an appointment a month in advance for my son and they called…read moreand canceled it saying the dentist was out of town, I called and made a new appointment and got there 15 mins early to fill out paperwork. My appointment was at 9am & they called us back at 945! This was very annoying since my son is 4. It took the lady about 5 minutes to clean his teeth but she grabbed his hand so hard there were red marks & a bruise!!! My son had his teeth cleaned before & she just needed to tell him she was going to put the polisher on his hand to show him it doesn't hurt but instead of telling him she just grabbed him and was coming at him with the polisher & he was scared, she grabbed his hand so hard & wouldn't let go! I was very mad at this point but he calmed down when she let him go so I let her polish his teeth. The dentist ( a man, don't know his name) was very nice but he asked the lady if she had noticed something on my sons teeth & she didn't. I called when I got home to speak with the actual dentist, sue nimer & they said she was on vacation & that she didn't actually work in the jacksonville office but that she works in the Gadsden one. I will never go back here! I miss my dentist out of state, my son loved that one!
