Buyer Beware.... I used to think so highly of Dr. Gibson as…read moreshe can be spunky and fun. I didn't realize her temperament behind it. Unfortunately after seeing her for a few years and sending her patients over, including my son, she disagreed with me on an issue regarding my bridge where she was incorrect and discounted objective evidence. My bridge cost several thousands of dollars and after having it only around two years she mentioned during my last appointment I may need to have it redone. This is the same Dentist office that has told me in the past how clean my teeth were. I thought everything was fine but after nicely sending her evidence regarding my bridge and letting her know not to worry as my gums were doing better, her way of handling it was to me make me feel uncomfortable around her staff and calling my primary doctor's office berating me. I was in shock. This is the first time I've ever experienced such abusive and unprofessional behavior from a Medical Professional. Dental work is expensive and bridges are supposed to last longer than 2 to 3 years. Everyone needs to be able to trust their Dentist and Doctors. It's very unfortunate but her hateful actions have shown that she cares more about money than her patients. I could never humiliate and hurt someone like she did me. No one deserves to suffer at the hands of any professional that they intrust to take care of them.

Most dentists in the area are closed on Fridays. Dr. Al Aultman answered the phone himself. His response, "we're booked up today but for an emergency, especially for a kid we'll stay late, be here at 3:45." The office was new, the staff was extremely friendly and sympathetic. They did a high tech electronic exray that took just a few seconds. They ended up pulling the tooth because the new tooth that was coming in was pinching the nerve. The whole thing took a little more than an hour. The next day the dentist called to check how my son was doing but couldn't reach me on my cell so he called my home number in Montana and spoke to my wife. This is the kind high quality service that we should get from all medical professionals. I would switch dentists if we lived there.

I've never had that problem at Ingram dental. In fact, the ladies behind the counter are extremely helpful in ensuring our family appointments are scheduled together to save on travel time. While we WERE there for that issue of mine, Dr. Dollar took the time to review a new medical issue with my wife, that might affect an implant Dr. Dollar was in the process of completing. Specifically, Dr. Dollar carefully reviewed the three new medications that my wife has been prescribed. He checked what they helped with and HOW, if any, they might affect his process. He reviewed them with my wife, determined a safe course of action and decided to alter the course of treatments for her. Taking the time to make SURE everything was covered instills confidence for his patients that they, the patients, are given the best care possible. My wife and I have travel plans coming up. Our visit was completed with the prescription for an antibiotic, if needed, during the trip should my molar begin hurting me while we were gone. All angles were covered for both my wife and I and we were left assured that our travel plans would not be interrupted with any dental issues. Dr. Price and his staff provided excellent service and consideration for my condition. Dr. Price's exam was through; he explained every step of the procedure and was very detailed in the explanation of the cost of the procedure. I recommend him to anyone!
