So I followed his direction exactly as stated, even though I knew it wasn't correct, because he insisted multiplee times! Afterward, instead of acknowledging the confusion, he made comments about my disabilities and told me to "stop making excuses" and "you have a lot of diseases all of a sudden" when literally all I said was that I have dyslexia & Autism and need his instructions to be clearer... I wouldn't be as upset about failing if it were because of my OWN mistake, but in this case, the error happened because of unclear and inconsistent instructions from the instructor. So Long story short, he told me to cut across lanes and cars to make a right turn instead of letting me take the left and correct it. When I asked for clarification multiple times, he got irritated and repeated "go right," so I did, and then he failed me for following his OWN instructions.

this place is a joke. the owner is not only rude to…read morepotential new clients, but she is rude to all people. especially the kids. though my experience with this kumon location was short it was way too long. basically, i made an appt. was greeted as if i had not (she double booked). i addressed her rudeness and she quickly simmered down. being that i wanted to have my child be properly equipped for the new school year, i gave a deposit anyway because i believed in the kumon mission. that being said, when it came time to the initial admissions test (that was scheduled for 30 mins) she spent 10 mins with my child then came out of the room highlighting all the things my child didn't know. to her surprise, my nanny stood there and asked my child to answer all of the points this women had just stated she didnt know. as expected my child knew all of the work and passed with flying colors. what this location seems to do is lie to parents about where their kids are academically as to then make it seem like her and kumon helped them grow and advance, when really your kid most likely already knew the material. in the end, my daughter never started the program and i received a full refund with a thumbs up emoji from the kumon franchise owner. this place is a scam.

Giovanni (John) was amazing. He was extremely thorough from start the finish. He made sure each of us in attendance understood the material and allowed us to practice compressions and bag/mask as many times as needed to feel comfortable. He provided constructive feedback and even some tips and tricks. John gave real life scenarios to help us all better understand the importance of CPR and proper technique as well as knowing your role and limitations. The equipment was clean and easy to use. The building is located conveniently right off the highway and easy to locate. The room was easy to find and well marked. Inside the room was spacious and clean. All in all it was a great class and I would recommend Life Saver CPR & First Aid Training (and John!) to anyone seeking to become CPR certified. Compared to my initial certification elsewhere, Giovanni's class made a much more profound impact on my preparedness and proficiency. I went through the Audi Training Program afterwards, and have seen reward from this. The teachers (for the most part) are excellent, and very well trained. They know what they're talking about, and a genuinely interested in your education. The other staff are very friendly and helpful. On the downside, the facility is run down. Alit of equipment needs to be repaired. Alit of the training aids need to be updated. Also, the staff are poor at communicating. It's hard to find information and figure out what is going on sometimes. Also the school doesn't like to give snow days. Often I've had to drive through terrible conditions to get to school. And even when there are snow days,vthey don't tell you the day before, like everyone else. They call you at 5 or 6 AM that day. School starts at 7AM, so if you live farther away, you might not find out until too late. The dorms are horrendous, so don't even consider them. They are rampant with drugs, alcohol, fights, and prostitutes. They don't even get a 1 star. Don't live in the dorms. To be honest, I'd give the Lincoln Tech experience a 3.8 star out if 5. It's a good school, but there's also alot of room for improvement. The career services department is excellent as well. Jenn Nunes has found me excellent job opportunities. Also to note, the Student Supervisor Aaron Oates is very good at his job. I go to him whenever I have a question is misunderstanding, and he's very helpful.
