It gradually got worse during these eight weeks. I called but no expedited appt was possible. My dad is not a complainer and waited. Until they say he slumped over at home and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. There he finally saw one of them but had advanced esophageal cancer, a large mass mid esophagus. He suffered for two years until he passed. I'll always wonder what if he had been seen more promptly? The office staff was rude and are clueless about medicine. Our family no longer would ever see one of these poor excuses. I'm glad I saw today that they were held responsible for a woman's death. They are horrible. Office staff is low IQ garbage.
