Once again this place has given me reason to write a review. I was seen in the ER and the…read morefollowing day had a tele visit ( which was previously scheduled before the ER visit) The doctor wants me to get a few tests done and said I would receive a call the next day to schedule. I did not hear from them so at 4:32 I called them. I was rudely told they are extremely busy and someone will call when they have the time. Hmm. One week later and still no call. I guess I will have to try and find another doctor or go back to the ER if I continue to have problems with my gall bladder. Another failure with this practice.

The term "gastroenterology " is a harbinger of discomfort; combining the words "gastro" with…read more"enter" with "-ology" (the study of) leaves you with the squeamish translation of "the study of entering your gastric system". I do believe the nomenclature for this branch of medicine needs to be rectum-afied. Butt, lest I digress. My two visits to RGAL-ONE for pre-op and one for today's "cinematic feature" have been as pleasant as such an experience can be. Consider the crack team of doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, and even receptionists: (now that's a colon!) informative, professional, patient, but - wholly sympathetic to the entire process. The facility is clean, modern, and I even fell asleep to the anesthesia with J.Giles "Angel in a Centerfold" crooning me to never-never land. I can only throw 4 stars out today due to the nature of the experience, but all revealed and truth be told, it was anal-ogous to any trip to the dentist: fearsome, necessary, yet good to know that business has been taken care of. Punny business aside, gastro health is obviously very important, and my experience with RGAL was of the highest caliber. With upwards of 30 clients examined each day, they obviously know their end of the business, and they do it efficiently, painlessly, and I'd go back to them if necessary, hands down. Thanks, RGAL, for making this visit as palatable as possible, but I hope not to see you (or, you see all of me) anytime soon!

Very top notch office! Very clean, and Sarah Horbach PA-C, and Drs. Razavi and Dr. Spiegel, who…read morewere on my care team are very warm and friendly. I see Sarah for office visits, who is amazing, although I formerly was a patient of Stephanie Deem, PA-C until she resigned in 2023. Drs. Razavi and Dr. Spiegel performed my outpatient diagnostic endoscopies at Reading Hospital on 2 separate occasions, and fellow docs Dr. Shogbesan and Dr. Farrell assisted and performed the procedures. I received excellent care here, as they took good care of me. Sarah also has excellent bedside manner and provides good advice. Doesn't rush through visits, and she is very thorough with physical exams and ordering tests. However, checkout is slow as this is a very busy office.

My appointment with Dr. Gordon was the worst experience I have ever had as a patient. My experience…read morewas the epitome of women's concerns and pain and not taken seriously in today's healthcare system. I tried to advocate for myself as the visit went on however he doubled down minimizing the symptoms I was describing and dismissing my concerns. It was to the point that I didn't want to return for a follow up visiting thinking maybe this all was in my head. During our visit he mentioned at least three times that he is a "board certified gastroenterologist." He should be embarrassed by the way he flaunts his education without providing the bare minimum in patient care. I have since seen a different provider in the practice who was wonderful- she listened and gave all my concerns careful consideration and validated how I was feeling. I will never go back to see Dr. Gordon and I will continue to encourage any family member or person I encounter to avoid him.

It is frightening that this is such a large pediatric practice. They have, on several occasions,…read moremade some big errors. When it comes to someone's health-this is dangerous & not acceptable. For example-they gave me a prescription for the wrong medication for my child. On another occasion-a prescription for a medication that my child was on-was left in another patients file-they had to search around for it. They lost the copy of ID for my spouse that was in my child's file. Not too secure. I could go on. Dr. kumar is one that I like to avoid. She can get very nasty if you disagree with any of her suggestions-like for example, refusing a flu shot. If your child has a side effect from a med-she may get angry at you for bringing it to her attention-then insist that you do not have your child's best interest in mind, when asking for the med to be discontinued.

And so far I am very happy with everyone we have worked with. Staff is very nice, I appreciate how the doctor's genuinely care for his wellness, they have been so kind and easy to talk with. I highly recommend coming here, if you are not sure of who to choose for your doctor, read the bio's on the website, but from my experience, anyone will be just as kind. Who wants to stay with a doctor who isn't understanding of your child's wellness? My son is my priority and I want the best for him, especially his doctor.
