After they completed the work, I called them to follow-up on the weed control. I left several messages, even spoke to Shay, the OWNER, and she assured me they would be in touch. After about 3 weeks of waiting for a response, I made one final call. I expressed my frustration to the woman on the phone, stating I felt as if I was being blown off. She assured me this was not the case and they would be in touch soon. I never heard back from them. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are rude, unprofessional and an embarrassment to small business owners.

I wanted to take a moment to commend them for their professionalism, work ethic, efficiency, and the high quality of the plants, boulders, mulch, and stone they provided for us. They also expertly buried our downspouts all around the entire home. We even had an old metal basketball pole on the edge of the driveway which they graciously removed and hauled away! The circumstances of this job were a bit unusual, because the birth of our fifth grandchild coincided with when the work was scheduled. That meant that for most of the time we were going to be nearly 1000 miles away in Washington DC while the Vegas Team labored on our premises. This did not phase them in the least (I'm guessing that they probably preferred not having someone constantly looking over their shoulders). In any event, it was actually quite a wonderful experience to fly back into Chicago, drive home to Valparaiso, pull up into the driveway, and see that the job was well on the way to being completed. The team prepared beds around the entire exterior of our home, installed the proper protective material, expertly planted dozens of healthy and beautiful plants, and topped the whole job off with the artistic placement of some large boulders, attractive mulch, river rock, and flat paving stones. In short, my wife and I could not be more happy with the outcome. I did not mention the extra hours that Samantha put in prior to the actual completion of the job itself. She took the time to expertly render detailed computer graphics showing how things would ultimately appear once the work was completed. Even though we changed our minds on several of the details, Samantha always remained supportive, patient, and professional. If you are considering getting some landscaping work done, it would be well worth your while to sit down and talk with the Vegas Team. I have lived in Valparaiso since 1972 and the experience we had with them was one of the best we've had during that entire time! We were having three large trees cut down and several other large trees trimmed. This was not a job for the faint hearted. Their work was excellent. They were very professional, fast, yet very thorough. This was a very big job that involved the street being blocked off for a period of time. They handled this themselves without causing any angst to our neighbors and there was no danger to any people and no damage to any property. I highly recommend Brent and his team at Ultimate Landscaping & Tree Services. Last, but not least we received quotes from several other tree removal services, and we went with Brent as his price was very reasonable and we felt he understood what our needs were better than the other people who quoted us. Wouldn't suggest hiring BriteView Landscaping Co for interior cleaning. Showed up an hour late…read morewithout a call. I had to call them to verify that they were still coming. I questioned them about interior cleaning since they were a landscaping company. Guy said wives do the cleaning. I was in a bind so thought I'd give them a chance. The crew consisted of an adult woman and two kids (maybe 11/12 and 14/15). The adult of the group did a very good job. Unfortunately, she did not check the kids work. I checked multiple areas and asked them to re-clean where needed. The man I spoke with instructed me to do so. I was originally quoted an addition $100 to clean the two car garage. There was nothing to clean except the ceiling fan and the windows on the garage door. I was told by the guy I scheduled with that they do not service those items in the garage. I requested the $100 be removed. I was charged an additional $10 because I had a garage even though they didn't clean. After the crew left, I checked a few more areas and found some work was not done. I took photos and texted my contact and asked if the crew could come back the next day. They did not respond. I emailed and did not get a response.
