They've assisted with various financial products I needed. Since I started doing business with them, I've always felt like more than a number! I've actually built a relationship with them! I started off with only a savings account. After about 2 years of doing business with them, after my visit today, I've decided to switch over to them for all of my banking needs. They offer everything a large bank would! ATM access, mobile banking, overdraft protection, etc. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come!

Look I need a place to park what little bit of coin I got and access to a Checkcard and ATM and some paper checks and that's about it for what I need a bank for... So when a bank wants to charge me a fee for the "privilege" of having a checking or savings account it really pisses me off!! Red River DOES NOT charge me such fees and that's the main reason I LOVE this bank!! But coming in close behind is the fact that I have always received great customer service in my dealings with this bank and the personnel are super friendly and it is literally right next to where I reside so convenience is A-1!!
