I've never had a bank not send me a text verifying if it's me before they lock my account up. If it's not because I accidentally put my pin in incorrectly TWICE, it's because there is a system error on their end and our card won't work. This bank is SO behind on the times not having a 24/7 line to help you in these situations. I only have a joint account there with my husband and will never have my own account with them for the simple fact that they lock your card up in the blink of an eye. I wish they would've locked it up when someone actually stole my debit card and charged 300$ on it, but no they kept it unlocked for that. If you want a 24/7 reliable bank, go to USAA.
