When we entered the bank this morning intending to open a new CD I was told there was only 1 person able to open and she would be opening a savings account before us. I asked several questions if I could open online,which no one could seem to answer. Didn't ask if I wanted to make a appointment. Just didn't seem very interested in us. That's ok I'll take this money elsewhere

First I used my mac with Firefox browser. Got as far as my ZIP code which it said was invelid. I've lived here for 27 years. Then used my Windows laptop and got as far as my account funding source. No answer could get me past the greyed-out NEXT button. With me, a company's technology reflects their competence and future customer service. If opening an account is this hard, how well will my data be protected? Lots of banks offer CD's - don't need IT hassles.
