Nevertheless, it IS a Bank of America, with all the headaches that entails, not least of which is this: no one locally has any authority whatsoever. So when you need anything more than routine consumer stuff, you're punted to a faceless person off somewhere, probably with nothing more than a first name, and you get what you get. Good luck with that. But still, if you're already with these folks, or only need simple consumer services, this is a great branch and a great bunch of people.
