Seriously, there is a staffing problem at the branch. I do the photo scan method of my checks to make deposits, use square to have electronic payments go into my account there, and I pay my cc bill online by loggin in. I seriously dread and try to avoid any in person banking needs because it is so frustrating to have to wait so long for assistance.
