Going to the branch is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. No matter how simple or advanced my transaction is, I have NEVER once gotten taken care of in less than 40 minutes. Often its about 1.5 hours. Seriously, there is a staffing problem at the branch. I do the photo scan method of my checks to make deposits, use square to have electronic payments go into my account there, and I pay my cc bill online by loggin in. I seriously dread and try to avoid any in person banking needs because it is so frustrating to have to wait so long for assistance.

Evidently my signature doesn't mean anything; nor does your word. The bank has decided they don't want to sell the lot that I put an offer on and they accepted. They are pulling it off the market and disregarding the accepting of my offer. They say they decided they don't want to sell it right now and don't need the money. Found out today that they still had not resolved this issue and for nearly a year it has shown I owed them I balance I did not owe which has really mess up my credit. So upset!!
