The very sweet Receptionist called and spoke to a manager and then they offered me a free body egg session and that was awesome of them and I really Appreciated that. 1pm comes around and mind you my apt was at 12. But 1 comes around and I finally get in the chair and show the woman a picture of how I'd like my hair. My hair was already a long inverted bob and I just basically wanted it shorter in the back and stacked a little. So I sit there and trust that she will do a great job. Well I was wrong. Finally at 2:40pm she turns my chair around and I was very shocked. The front was way shorter than the picture I had showed her. And the back and sides are uneven and choppy. I'm pretty upset and will not be going back to this salon. For spending almost 3 hours in this salon just for a dang hair cut I would expect it to look at least a little like I had asked for it too.

I never want to go into a situation with un realistic expectations but what I got was farrrrr from…read morewhat I expected. I showed the stylist the 3 inspo pictures of color, highlight placement, and style. I was very clear that I wanted my hair to remain more brown then red like the images we went over in depth about how I wanted the highlights placed and I was honest about the last time I previously died my hair and we spoke about more so what the color would look like on my dark hair. I never said I wanted my entire head lightened and red toner slapped on top. She places the color and I notice most of my head is foiled but I chose to trust the stylist and her process and wait for the end result. As she is shampooing my hair she seems stumped on how to tone it. She goes over it with another stylist and shows my inspo photo she places the toner washes it out we dry a spot and I see a THICK very RED patch, she lifts the hair up and asks too red? (It was bright red) I said uhhh yes way too red she says she knows what to do she'll place another toner over it and it will be fine. She tones it again blow dries turns me around and I see my hair. Vastly different from the inspiration photos. From the highlight placement, the COLOR especially everything about it was FAR from what I asked for. I honestly and kindly told her I'm so sorry but I do not like it. I told her it did not resemble what I wanted. She offered to fix it and I said I know you have clients waiting I can come another day whatever works for you. I am a new mom with a 3 month old and getting any time to get out for hours is already hard enough to arrange. She said she could do the following morning on her day off. I told her I felt awful it was her day off and if we could do another time. She said she was very booked and did not mind I said okay working with her schedule. I apologized several times for not liking it and I thought there would be some sort of apology of acknowledgment that my result indeed did not reflect what I wanted but I never got that. I came in the next morning after staring at my hair all night I tried to see what she saw but it just wasn't anywhere close to what I wanted but I was grateful she was willing to correct it. I went in and sat down and she said the ends looked like how I wanted and she would fix the top but I just knew that we were not seeing the same vision. I asked for just an all over dark brown color and she seemed upset but honestly I didn't want to risk hating my hair again and I don't have the time to go back AGAIN I knew the easiest thing was to slap on an all over color and call it a day. She kept saying it looked good and like the photos it showed me and I didn't want to say no it looks awful I said it looked fine but not anything like I wanted. I asked for a dark brown all over she agreed and said Okay I will even though the ends of your hair looks just like the photos you showed me . (It certainly did not) I've never experienced someone who couldn't take accountability for a mistake like That and tried to gaslight me into thinking it looked like how I wanted. I'm grateful that she took the time to fix it but her demeanor and vibe was definitely off and seemed peeved that I asked her to fix the mistake. She did not charge me to put the all over color on which I agree was the right thing to do but I did think at some point she would apologize for the hassle and for not being able to give me what I wanted. Even in the end I had to settle for coloring over it because the tones and placement were way off and my hair already felt damaged after the all over Highlight. I hope that this salon takes the steps to further educate themselves on color theory and hopefully avoid this from happening to future clients.

Brazilian waxes are never fun but there it is awesome, when you are done the put Aloe on you and it feels amazing. They also give you free samples. I love this place and would go no where else!
