I was extremely concerned about getting a good PT upon double fracturing my tibia March of 2025. After much looking and asking questions, I had high hopes for Foundation PT. The staff is helpful and very friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. However, Brad Powell, was just too busy to adequately care for me. When I met with Piper, she was great. When Brad P took is obligatory "turn", he was helping 2 patients at once. He'd tell me he wanted to "watch" me do something, which was really code for, it's my other patients turn, so I'll pretend to watch you, while I help them. Then he'd proceed to completely ignore me while I did the assigned task. At one point in my care, I was given a questionnaire about my feedback. I was honest, and that was a big mistake. I complained at his lack of clear explanations, and I was treated with passive/agressive , condescending behavior. I'd tried to reach out to Brad several times after appointments, for clarification, but could never get a call back. He was not happy when I brought that up in the survey. About that same time, we got talking to a cute girl who told us she'd been hired to clean the beds. You could imagine my surprise/concern when she was leading my therapy a week later. She had no idea how I was supposed to do my new tasks, and that was about the time, I'd had enough. I also felt they didn't listen to my concerns. When I repeatedly told them my leg was hurting worse than when I'd fallen and fractured it, they ignored me. I know they followed my Dr's 'prescription' but a few weeks later, I found out I'd been misdiagnosed by the Orthapedic, and my leg was, in fact, substantially worse than when I initially fractured it. The misdiagnosis and treatment were on the Orthopedic Dr, but if he'd have listened to/heard me, some of the problem might have been discovered sooner. I'd think twice about going there, and maybe head to Intermountain PT, where they only help 1 person at a time!!

They told me that would be difficult to do without seeing me. I went ahead with the appointment and later found out about a $150 charge for just the inital evaluation of a 1st time appointment (so be aware of that). My 21 minute visit (which wasn't even helpful for my situation) cost me $400. Disappointed about the lack of up front information regarding cost and type of care.

Kasia also worked with me on strengthening my back. If you're a female who has urinary or bowel issues due to age, pregnancy, surgery, etc and/or have pain during intercourse, I highly recommend getting a consultation from Kasia. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. While it might seem strange to see a physical therapist for these issues (rather than, say, an OB/GYN), Kasia does have the training and tools to help. Again, she was very professional and communicated every step in the consultation as well as thoroughly explained her findings and potential treatment options. There are open air exercise areas if you don't care about being watched or aren't working on a more private PT issue. But there are also rooms with sliding doors and curtains that can offer privacy. The rooms are especially helpful if you're going to work on pelvic floor strengthening. I liked the online portal where I could review the exercises she assigned me and could check them off as I did them. I also liked how easy it was to communicate with her via the portal. I completed my PT treatment plan, but wouldn't hesitate at all to go back to Kasia if I ever needed PT again. Also, the front desk employee was also professional, personable, and competent.

Not only was the location very convenient, but the office was bright, modern, and spotless. The care I received was completely different from New York. The therapists who cared for me were hands-on (massage, scraping, vibration, etc.), friendly, and so knowledgeable. And the knee bender machine they have was a game changer! If I ever need PT again, I'll definitely be calling ImPackt.

I asked three friends who had used a physical therapist extensively and they all pointed me to Travis Booth at Rocky Mountain Therapy Services. They all said he was fantastic and I knew they wouldn't say that if it wasn't true. So I made an appointment and I am SO GLAD I did. Travis, Gentry, Alison and Eric are all awesome to work with. Travis has put together the perfect team. Alison keeps track of your insurance and makes it care free. Travis teaches you each step in your recovery and lets you know if you are progressing well or if you need work in certain areas. He does so with humor and compassion and truly has your best interests in mind. I am totally happy with my progress and know that I will have full rotation back again. I especially appreciated how the team worked with my schedule and were very relaxed about appointment times. Also, I was extremely concerned after two months, when my insurance expired. Travis made it very clear that he wanted to continue working with me to see me through this and came up with a cash payment that made both of us happy. If your need PT, this team can't be beat.
