Not only was the location very convenient, but the office was bright, modern, and spotless. The care I received was completely different from New York. The therapists who cared for me were hands-on (massage, scraping, vibration, etc.), friendly, and so knowledgeable. And the knee bender machine they have was a game changer! If I ever need PT again, I'll definitely be calling ImPackt.

Wow... where to begin. Let's start with this a fantastic clinic, and community, led by Brad Powell who is by far one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable men I've met. I found out about Foundation through my wonderful girlfriend Alise, patient turned employee. I was having trouble playing soccer due to what was diagnosed in my evaluation as patellar tendinitis, and I am 100% confident to say that I am back to the shape I wanted to be in to play the beautiful game! Annalee helped me immensely along this journey being the PT to guide me through in clinic and out clinic exercises. Her wealth of knowledge truly helped me in not only working out but understanding how to strengthen the necessary muscles to continue doing the activities I love. Wonderful help and conversation also came from the aides expertly equipped such as Tiarra, Juan and even Alise! From being welcomed to Foundation with Nikki and Whitney to the wonderful advice from the other PTs (Will and Brad), I definitely recommend Foundation Physical to any one feeling like they need a little umph or a whole itinerary to getting back to doing what they love actively, and emotionally! read more

I came into the clinic on a referral from a friend and am I glad I did! I was suffering from SI joint and hip pain due to prolonged hip instability during workouts at the gym -- the impact was inability to sleep, walk, sit or lay down normally for months. After working with Brad and Marian for a few weeks, I was immediately seeing positive results. Before I knew it, I was able to go about my gym routine; sit, walk, and sleep without pain. Brad doesn't only show you what to do to get rid of your immediate pain -- he sets you up for success in all aspects of general physical wellness. Thanks to the tools I was given, I have more stability and correct form in my day-to-day tasks. While others would have told me to stop physical movement, Brad encourages it so long as it's without pain. I can safely say that I'm going to continually get better without medication or imaging and it's all thanks to this amazing team. Thanks Foundation PT! I went to Foundation Physical Therapy after having a total hip replacement upon the recommendation of my home health care therapist. You walk thru the door and you immediately feel comfortable being greeted by the front desk staff. Annalee was my therapist and she was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and instrumental in my recovery. She pushed me in my exercises but never to the point where I felt pain, and she always checked with me at my next appointment to make sure I was okay after each session. I can honestly say she is a major reason why I'm doing so well eight weeks post surgery. All of the assistants that worked with me were wonderful, Tiarra, Alise and Juan, and seemed to really like their jobs. I'm so happy I chose Foundation Physical Therapy and would not go anywhere else in the future. I've had physical therapy a few other times and places and none of them compare to my experience at Foundation. They are the best!! read more

This is my third time going to a physical therapist in the last few years for the same issue. I could not find a long term solution until I came here! I have seen so much progress over the last 4 weeks and now I am pain free! Brad is the best PT ever!!! Something different about him in comparison to other PT's I have been to is he truly teaches you the reasoning behind each exercise and each part of your physical therapy experience. This is so helpful because without understanding the why, it is hard to continue your home program once you are on your own. Also, all of the staff here is SO nice. I loved being able to come two times a week. I am sad that I won't be coming anymore but I am excited for the progress I will continue to see as I work on my own to stay pain free. I was hesitant to attend PT sessions when I broke my clavicle- wow, what a difference a personalized, professional evaluation and plan makes! Ok, from the moment you walk in and everyone calls out your name, to Brad's knowledge, individual attention, kindness and follow through, to the amazing personable Gillette sisters who as well as ensuring each movement was done properly so I could heal and follow through at home, were so hilarious and made my recovery actually enjoyable! I've never had such an amazing experience when it comes to Physical Therapy. Everyone here is nothing short of kind, fun, smart, and so driven to not only help you succeed but WANT you to. The employees, Dr's, Ptas really are just amazing at their job. They always have smiles on their faces & treat you like family. I've had my fair share of issues, from back, lower back & rib. As well as them helping/working with me all while having Autoimmune issues, being in school full time and working. I'm confident that I will get back to 100% with foundation physical therapy! I'm feeling happy, relieved, and excited for the future. I was in a lot of pain when I came in after tearing my hamstring, and I'm grateful for the care that I received at Foundation Physical Therapy. Brad was not only able to help me work through my injury and strengthen my leg, but he gave me the knowledge to do more exercises correctly and how to get the most benefit from each. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Brad and his team are encouraging, caring, and know just the right time to challenge me to get results. I would highly recommend Foundation Physical Therapy. The therapists spent a lot of time with me addressing all of my concerns. I never felt like my treatment was rushed and I felt like they genuinely cared about my progress. I have gone to PT a couple other times for the same issue and never saw the progress that I've seen with them. They've taught me how to implement a regiment into my daily routine to keep my body as pain free as possible. I was able to get back to my normal self and strengthen my neck and upper back with the help of Jim & his team. He even went above and beyond with some other issues I had where I had a floater in my eye (from the concussion) so he started to include vision exercises (the dots on his wall) and after a few months, I stopped noticing the floater in my vision. Not only strengthening my upper body but my eye muscles, I'm so grateful for the service I received there. My only complaint (not their fault) is that I wish I could afford all of the equipment they have in the office and bring it to my house! Haha Scheduling visits was always easy to do and the front desk staff were friendly. Parking was easy because it's a shared space with other businesses and easy to access with being near the freeway. recently I could not attend my appt, bc of this I paid an out of pocket fee of $100 that's totally…read moreunderstandable...Moving forward, I call to schedule my next appointment after I payed said no show fee only to have the front desk reveal that i can no longer schedule treatment in advance. I will now only be able to access scheduling on the same day. This is practically impossible and not to mention inconvenient. I feel frustrated and mostly confused since I have never received a written nor verbal warning being notified regarding why I would be denied. They have now disclosed any time you cancel appt. Regardless if it's several days in advance or if it's to only to reschedule, it will still go towards your total three no shows, resulting in denial for booking future treatment. Overall I'm disappointed in the communication to better disclose policy's. I've noticed this company doesn't care about a patients experience rather than getting paid. I've had treatment at this clinic that was amazing and some that were horrible but continue to rebook bc I found one provider in the clinic that gives their patients full service and attention compared to other that rush or they will sit on the computer for more than half of the appt only leaving maybe 15 min of actually receiving a treatment.
