It has been three years since we were last in Nebraska, but Husker remains to be the best Steakhouse in the area. My cousin had the Chicken Fried Steak, our daughter had the Jack Daniels Sirloin and my wife, being vegetarian had salad, green beans and baked potato. All were excellent. The Jack Daniels flavor was a bit strong on the steak but she enjoyed it also. I was fortunate to have the last Duck special. It was remaining from the Thursday night Duck Feast. Wow. It came with Duck Stuffing, Sauerkraut with Dumplings and a huge serving of Duck. The hostess at the front was extremely friendly, and even checked on us to ensure a server was going to visit us.
