So I reached out to Sharespace via Yelp and no answer, it was like 9:15 at this point so that wasn't unexpected. I'm just about to head out the door to go find a place and my phone dings with a text. It was Sharespace asking how they could help. So beyond expectations, I typed out that I needed to find a place to work the next day that was private for client calls and they said no problem they had a space for me. Cost was reasonable and less than I would have paid for a hotel room for the day. The place was really nice and they had me set up so that when I walked in the door the office was open, the WiFi was fast and the snacks and coffee were great. This…read moreBusiness Parke has a few different sections- this one is off Sutton Park Court, right down the road from an elementary school and across from Landstar. Coming into work can be tricky with school traffic- it can back all the way to Hodges!!! Especially on bad weather days, although sometimes there simply is no rhyme or reason for the amount of parents dropping off the kids in the mornings. A couple years ago our office got notice that they were installing speed bumps because of people speeding through this tiny complex, except they installed 3, all at the front strip coming in and all about 15-20 feet apart. It's crazy annoying, especially since the entrance has a dip and I take it slow when turning into the complex. Then a few feet in- speed bump! Another few feet- bump again and then again and then I can turn off the whooping 30 foot span where it dead ends into the next section to turn either left or right. Mailboxes are centralized, and there is post office box for outgoing mail that gets picked up earlier in the day right on the sidewalk near my office- which is convenient! The buildings are nice, lawn and landscaping kept up. I rarely see trash and usually end up picking it up myself. We've had neighbors who have taken our parking places in the past- but currently don't have any of those problems. Each office has a designated number of spaces allotted to the building. The call center that was across from us for 2 years obviously broke that rule. I like our little office complex, I feel safe here- sometimes when I am left alone in the office the boss will ask if I want to be locked in, but I opt to keep it unlocked for deliveries and pick ups. Good work environment.

It is relatively new, someone said it was built in the year 2000. I don't know why, but, at least for me, the year 2000 sounds new and not twenty-one years ago. This must be a sign of getting old or at least older. Anyway, the property is well-maintained and the landscaping is pleasant enough. If you have business here, this is a good spot.
