My lease specifically lists "repair of inoperable doors and windows" as the landlord's responsibility, yet they keep denying service and ignoring my written requests. It's disappointing and unprofessional. After a year of being a responsible tenant, I'm being dismissed and left with safety issues they're legally required to fix. Tenants deserve better communication, accountability, and respect than this.

But then they will bill you because the problem isn't there. My newest neighbor just moved in with her kids... and her unit is already flooding from an existing problem they knew about from the previous tenants leaving the place. Now there is mold in the walls, and all of us are dealing with the headache... even though JWB gutted the apartment 2 months ago for flooding damage.
