I find the staff in Guilford very attentive in both executing my rehab plan, and in listening to feedback from me on my exercises at home and at the facility to continually adapt my therapy. They are very personable and are obviously very technical in their trade! My specific therapy relates to a longstanding chronic back pain issue and their staff's targeted plan has resulted in a significant improvement in my overall pain level. The Physical therapy staff was always accommodating to my time and provided me with the utmost care! I consider myself a bit of a food snob but the food at Guilford House is definitely above any hospital or medical rehab facility that I have attended. With all that being said, I would definitely recommend getting Physical Rehabilitation there. A Caring and Clean Environment!!

They are very easy to schedule an appointment with. Plenty of openings before and after work or school. The front desk staff is very nice. The facility is very clean. They have a wide range of equipment available. They provide detailed at-home exercises, and have sent me home with the tools, such as resistance bands, needed to make great strides in my healing. All providers at the practice are excellent. I highly recommend Steve Platt, Melissa Boutagy, and Sue Ginsburg!

My son was approved for a range of early intervention services. A service "coordinator" from Therapists 2 Go was in charge of his case. Despite a general lack of professionalism and responsiveness (good luck getting someone on the phone!) - we diligently completed a mountain of paperwork, coordinator various in-home evaluations, and participated in various calls. He is now five months old and we haven't received any services. In fact, we received an email this week saying our case is being transferred to a different provider. No other explanation as to why or what happens next (just a sloppy email with typos). I am filing a formal complaint with New York State - an organization like this should not be receiving precious resources for this type of crucial programming. What's more, I can't imagine what it would be like for someone trying to navigate this system with less time and less resources
