This is truly a nonjudgemental space and going to classes here has the ability to completely turn my day around. There is a big parking lot right outside so parking is never an issue and there is a bathroom, water bottle filling station, and changing room available inside! Their sticky sock collection is always so cute and they'll host cute events like candle making classes, glow in the dark barre, etc every once in a while. This makes a world of a difference from the last place I used to workout. Their prices are fair for what is available to you. They have all the gym equipment I need, plus some. There are some things that are still on the way, and I love the fact that they take recommendations from us. There is a huge pool, more than enough to swim in or do laps. There is childcare available as well. The basketball court is new and shiny, and offers a walking course above it. There's a nice-sized weight room that could use a little more space when it gets busy, but I'm sure they'll "work out" the feng shui. There's a few classrooms available to workout in too, as well as a spin room. The TRX room is AWESOME, but I wish they'd install some mirrors in there. The library is still being put together, and I'm excited for what they'll offer in there, too. All in all, I am very happy with this Y that is so close to my home. I'd say this is a WIN!

And multiple staff that sit at the front desk. NO one cleans. Sauna and steam filthy. NO paper towels in either bathroom area and all three stalls has no toilet paper. Debating a call to board of health. Managers don't take walk in appointments and no one answers emails. The only positive is they're close in Cane Bay.

I was surprised that he researched my niche sport, even used sport jargons, and tailored my workouts towards my very specific goals. I noticed amazing progress in my strength and even endurance after just one session! Now, while AF is the most expensive gym in Goose Creek, they don't have congestion that affordable gyms have, especially during peak hours. At AF, the equipment is almost always available when I need them. And most importantly, the equipment is clean and well-maintained.
