They told me that the brakes were completely done and " that it was decision time" and gave me a quote for $2600 before taxes for a repair and complete brake job. I decided that I would buy the parts and change it myself for my son. I'm 74 years old and I was shocked to see that when I removed the wheels the brakes only had about 20% wear and were still like new. Obviously I was not impressed with these shady practices and I am disgusted as a mechanic that there are garages doing this. I do not recommend this garage to anybody. I give a rating of 0/10

On Google, Vance's has good reviews, I called my sister and asked her if she ever dealt with Vance's. She told me quite a few of her neighbors use him. So we drive there, they had 2bays with cars on them, which indicates that he is busy working on them and that we were in for a wait. I went in and told him the problem, had him come out to see it, and he said ok no problem. He moved one of the cars out, drive our car in, replaced the faulty leaky valve in 10mins. And we were ready to go. Quick and painless. Good customer service!! 5 stars for this experience. I definitely know where to go if I have any auto problems when visiting my sister.

The bill was incorrect stating tire purchase, installation and an oil change? The mechanic checked and advised that the bill printout was incorrect and the brake service was indeed completed. One week later the car had a noise braking and took it in for seized front calipers. Ryno Motors never did the brake service, however billed for it. Not recommended.

I purchased the Extra Car Plan with the vehicle as it gives the first 40K a lot of free stuff (more on that later). Making the appointment was easy both times I visited and they were able to call my file up on the computer and I didn't have to spend a lot of time explaining myself. I was greeted well each time I went by friendly and efficient staff. These were regular maintenance checks and oil changes all of which were rendered for no charge under the ECP. If you're buying a new Toyota do yourself a favour and get this package. Anyway part of the service yesterday was a tire rotation and the technician noticed that one of the tires was low. On inspection he found a nail in the tire so they repaired that all at the grand sum of? NO CHARGE! Due to the ECP! The staff were so helpful and kind and there was complimentary coffee while you wait and nice comfy leather lazy boy chairs to relax in. Free WIFI so you can browse while you wait. All in all a very positive experience.

Thanks so much to the owner and staff at Hinton Automotive for the emergency repair on my truck…read more We were in the middle of our vaca trip when I experienced a steering component issue which needed an emergency repair to get us back on the road and save our trip. We approached several other shops in the area but all didn't have the time or resources to inspect the issue although one local shop did give me the contact info for Hinton Automotive. As you can image, panic had already set in for us but thank god these people stepped up and managed to accommodate us into their already slammed busy day. When we arrived at their location we were met with a warmth and understanding of our predicament and were accepted into open arms. All I can say is they're feeling of care settled my families fears of being stranded on the road.
