I feel like he was just trying to make a dollar. He even tried to sell me a new furnace saying that mine was old out dated and dangerous. He tried using my kids to convince me. He kept implying that home warranty wasn't covering anything lately. They have been denying the claim. And I'm starting to think he is at fault for that. I would be careful about hiring this company. They have shady employees. The proof is in the picture numbers match up. This person is talking about morals and being honest. I just bought the house last year. I had know idea my ac need maintenance. I'm new to being a home owner. The landlord would handle of these things. So when he say I neglected to do maintenance. I wasn't aware he was rude to me and was not suggesting me to get a replacement furnace he was saying, and I quote it's dangerous, especially since you have kids. Try to scare me into replacing it when it works fine. This guy is shady and I would trust him around my hvac system. He didn't want to show where my air filter was he just wanted to make his money. We have had Brothers servicing our AC unit with a service plan for 4 years. They have done a good…read morejob for the most part. recently I received a letter from them regarding my service contract asking me to call them to go over my plan. I have called them 6 times in the last 2 weeks with not a single returned call for all the messages I have left. I have spoken to different people who promised they would call me back that day, but nothing. Really poor customer service and everyone just doesnt seem to care when you call. Way too many other companies out there to be treated like this.

The Tech came by 8 HOURS later, though we emphatically stated there was a leak and damage at 6AM... The Tech stated the install was faulty, as the part that was supposed to drip IN THE PAN was in fact dripping OUTSIDE OF THE PAN, which caused the water damage to the ceiling in the bedroom below. The Tech also stated the part that was to seal the water from leaking was faulty as well. Pics and video were shared. This happened Sunday, July, and to date, July 30th, NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP.... CALLED... EMAILED... TEXT... SMOKE SIGNAL.... NOTHING... about the leftover damage... The ceiling has buckled, is falling, and there is a smell from the damaged, soaked insulation. I've made repeated calls and asked for emails and was told "we do not provide or have emails".... IN THE ENTIRE COMPANY THERE IS NO ONE TO EMAIL????????? This is HIGHLY DUPLICITOUS and certainly not customer-focused or friendly. This company charges 20K then ABANDONS their customers to figure it out on their own. Their customer Service is extremely cavalier. After 4 days, and ME CALLING THEM, I finally get "we'll send a tech over there, will there be anything else?" As if a 20K investment and damaged property due to a faulty install isn't something to be upset about! And like I'm annoying them?! I also called the Salesman and left a message... The same guy that claimed we could call him "anytime" has yet to return ANY CALLS.... I guess since he made his sale, he could give a rats ass.... REAL NICE! BEWARE - Guard your dollars! We had two units put in well over $10K of business. First unit in…read moreApril 2019 and the second one June 2020. On Saturday 05/25/2024 first unit stop working. We agreed to a service call for 05/28/2024 to save $70 on the service call. Although it was on a weekend day the service call would have been at holiday charge of $169. Not the weekend rate of $139. I learned after the service call on the 28th the $99 charge is only for a visit not to inspect or diagnosis the unit. If the service guy touches your unit the minimum charge is $70 (1/2 hour increment if it is 1 minute to 30 minutes) additional to the $99. Never known of any service call that did not include a diagnosis and an estimate of repair or replacement. Get a call from Katie and get a quote for $309 to replace a bad control board. This would be for $169 service call and $140 for the control board installation (an hour of labor). I questioned Katie about the service call and she said she would reduce the charge to $239 but this would only be if the board could be installed in less than 30 minutes otherwise it would be charged in 30 minutes increments of $70 always rounding up ex 62 minutes is $210 and 45 minutes would be $140. Told I had to speak with my spouse and would call her back. Upon calling her back and asking for clarification she gets off the phone and passes the call to Kristen, who in turn can't answer any questions. Not only did he get the A/C back on right away (God bless you!) but he was so informative, helpful, and FAIR. Frankly he probably could have charged us quite a bit more as we were desperate, but he never took advantage of that situation. He was honorable, knowledgeable, responsible, and TRUSTWORTHY. Did great work! We now have an HVAC go-to contractor. I'm in my mid 50's and have dealt with my fair share of repairmen and contractors---and when you find someone THIS GOOD you want to shout it from the rooftops!
